Definition of a fraudulent company. There Industry professionals are not reliable or efficient. This platform is no longer a useful tool for Artist or Industry Professionals. The Industry Professionals don’t respond, then you’re stuck with an refund account balance they will not payout. It’s been over 5 years still no payout. Contact support they’re no help.They will tell you the company pays out quarterly, but your payout will never arrive. If you google them this seems to be a common practice with this company. I’m seeking legal assistance. Stay away from this company!!!!

I paid for Diagnostics on my song, and after waiting for over 3 months, and repeated requests for a refund, I am met with the same canned response from "Adam" every time: "Thanks for contacting us at Music Xray Support! There isn't a guaranteed timeframe for the ratings to arrive like there is for submissions (where we have a 45 Day Guarantee). However, we’ve reached out to the remaining MIPs directly and remind them to attend their inboxes. I hope this helps!" There is no way they reach out to the MIPs. No one has listened to my song for the past 2.5 month, and I can't find a way to actually get in touch with anyone to help. Avoid if you can.

They offer MIPs "music industry pros" who want dreamers to send $20 - $30 to listen to a song. How hard is it to make several hundreds per day like that? "I'm thinking about growing our catalogue in (random genre) so send me $30 and a song" one says. Just look at the reviews of the MIPs (Music Industry Professionals) and you'll see all the dreamers thanking them for listening, but don't see one that was actually accepted. I've spent a lot of money attempting to gain relationships with people who matter...can't find them there. Consistent 9+ ratings on my music...which comes with suggestions to resubmit the same song later for another listing with another payment, getting another 9+ rating, and another "not what we're looking for" IF they answer at all. It's BS from people who claim they "might" be able to use your music someday so keep sending money.

It's terrible to prey upon the hopes and dreams of people and that's what this site does. I've been a member since 2016 and my personal opinion is, don't waste your time or money. There is nothing good about this site. It's really an opportunity for the "pros" to take your money and then ghost. I earned over $300, the payout I received? ZERO Many of the listings are old. Most of the pros don't listen nor respond at all (years can go by, maybe they all died, who knows?). Pros leave the platform and notify you if they like your music (because they think the site is a scam and don't want to be associated with it). You won't get refunded even if you request it during the 45 day period and even when the listing says this: "Unfortunately, the MIP didn't listen to your song within 45 days so we'll be issuing you a credit for this submission. If you have questions, please contact: support..." Lastly, I requested a payout and it's been pending since April 28th, it's August 21, I never got anything. There are other trustworthy sites, don't waste your time.

Absolute waste of time, effort and money!!! Firstly note how many reviews come from people offering their very first review on Trustpilot. Hmmm nothing fishy there...surely?! Refunds - If after discovering that said website doesn't deliver the goods. Requesting a refund will see your hard earned money, added as a useless credit on your Xray account and not sent back to your initial means of payment. Services - After purchasing two different services from Music Xray (so called as one can see right these scammers). I waited and waited and after what seemed like weeks. Which was if fact...weeks. Nothing had happened. So I thought I'd write to them and find out why paid services weren't forthcoming. "Give it a few more weeks," said Adam in Customer Services. He says that a lot. If fact that's his favourite saying and he includes it on every email correspondence he sends out. Of course being polite, one duly waits and after what seemed like weeks, which was in facts weeks. Nothing!!! Another email follows and Adam replies with... You guessed it. "Give it a few more weeks!" Eventually (after quite a few weeks/months) he agrees to a refund. But doesn't actually tell me it's in the form of a credit on my account. An account that is absolutely worthless and dormant. So dear reader. Wherever you are and whatever you do. DO NOT use Music Xray. It's a SCAM. And Adam & Mike. If you'd like me to take down this truthful account of my experience with your little scam. How about you wait a few more weeks and see what happens!!

I need more variety and businesses, radio stations, including others should receive more reminders about late responding. The process of having a new track established for service is quite slow also. Time is of the essence and I have online fans waiting

I reached out to music x-ray (customer service email) to find out how this works & who "selected" me (my song) "What Love Can Be" by -IKO . . Because as far as I know I can't tell . . Sorry I am new to this. So how do you find out? What are the next steps? My questions were never answered by you. If you can answer, I'd be very happy to change my review. Otherwise what's the sense? No payout, I don't know who to thank, and you leave the artist completely in the dark. Help.

guys - it's just a big fake & expensive service. there's no money-back guarantee in truth & hardly no replies from MIP's! I'm still waiting for a payback of $234 (450$ invested) since 2018 due to unanswered A&R pitches! 10 emails / 6 tickets they just ignored all efforts to get back my money - incredible!
