You guys should be much more proactive. If your clients don't listen to the songs submitted with in 30 days...i shouldn't have to ask you [ after, 2,3, or 4 months ] what's up?. That's lazy and or simply not a professional approach. You could set up a monitoring system and alert the client, let them know they have 72 hrs or the song will be delete from they "Holding Bay" If they don't listen credit my account and notify me. Us writers shouldn't have to ask you if they've listen months after the fact. And i shouldn't have had to bring this to your attention! That's my complaint. Cheers Tim

I've paid for a diagnosis and still 2 weeks later I haven't received enough reviews to be given any feedback. All of the 'opportunities' available are very expensive and when you do submit, carefully selecting which of your songs matches the requirements, the very reasons they give for not selecting are the opposite to what they originally asked for, almost like they are looking for reasons to accept your money for very little in return.

We've had our songs "selected" numerous times but have never seen any progress after that. Our music has supposedly been featured on radio, streaming, podcasts, and compilation albums, but haven't received any other input and haven't received any royalties either. So I'm really not too sure what we're submitting to and paying for.

I got accepted for a one time radio play that I had to pay to get reviewed. I really don’t think that it counts as a placement.

Hello,I would like to expose my reasons why I have cancelled without no regrets and no looking back my #Music Xray membership! it is just a bit complicated to use of the interface. Each click opens a new window. One needs courage to actually find good occasions. The fact that, in my case that is, I am waiting for several months for decisions I had to pay for. And no way to interact with an opportunity is frustrating. Not to mention the whole site is so impersonal, it hurts. Other than that, I am actually satisfied with the service you provide!

I don't mind paying the $10 for the analysis but many if not most of my songs have not gotten the listens/ratings. If they are really industry folks listening and reviewing, and not your software, that service is very valuable for knowing which songs to pitch. Many of my songs never have gotten the review. I've mentioned this before and been ignored. I also have quite a few very old submissions which are about ready to need refunding. Thanks.

I have used Musicxray for a couple of years, and was pleased at what the site offered.Lately the site has been a disappointment! I pay 10$ for an diagnostic and it never happen's. I pay for opportunity review and song stay's in pending stage forever! What's that all about? At this point I'm pretty much done with the site!
