The opportunitites are great, but the website experience is not so great. The navigation is still complicated thru the user account. It needs to be updated and improved.

In my experience, unfortunately less than 50% reply. Those who do, always do and have great feedback.

I was happy to get selected by this PR group, whiplash. I couldn’t tell for certain if it was a legit company though. Upon doing a little research, there were a fair amount of negative reports and some scam alerts about the company. I was concerned about it so reached out to music x-ray and did hear back from Adam about your selection process. One critique I have is it’s kind of difficult to contact Music x-ray. I wish there was more of a direct contact number where one can talk to a real person in the future. Thanks, Eric

I want to understand this site better as I have people saying it's a scam...while reviews that only state "it's a good site" are useless...come on people explain why it's a good site. At this time it has all the markings of a potential scam, where you are told your song is "good" but keep trying...how is that not suspicious...but it also has the markings of a legit site as it has great metrics, so I am still in the dark. I have spent $75 which is nothing in promotion fees so far but I could have asked three people on the street what they think for cheaper. I have read people get their music placed on hold to never hear back again...then I read potential success stories...so what's the deal with this site!? Their address is a WeWork space so that doesn't help me feel better. Also, Music Xray is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau, though they have the BBB logo on their site. Anyone out there know anyone who has had a song licensed because of Music Xray? It is definitely better than Broadjam...stay away from that at all costs, but is Music Xray legit or an elaborate scam?

This site is horrible, the legit contacts/opportunities leave (because it sucks) and you're left with scammers looking to steal your money. Sent submissions as far back as 2019 and never heard back yet, took the money and ran. Check the reviews before you submit, avoid the players that don't have any recent ones, they ghosted and are no longer on the site. As instructed I sent in 7 submissions that past the 45 day mark and will update if I get a refund.
