Musicvertising is horrible no way to even log in and out of your account it just has you logged in wherever the promotion was purchased. My manager purchased promotion three days ago and it still has not begun, literally a horrible service thus far

Hi Whitney,
We appreciate your feedback and want to address your concerns to ensure you have a better understanding of our processes.
Our service is designed to operate in a gradual manner throughout the month, focusing on generating 100% organic engagement. As a result, it may take some time for the promotional results to be fully updated. To gain a more accurate understanding of the results, we recommend allowing approximately 20 days of promotion. This period allows us to work on attracting genuine and organic engagement, which often takes time to materialize.
It's important to note that the averages mentioned on our website are not guaranteed, as they are based on previous campaigns and can vary due to the nature of organic promotions. We work diligently to achieve the best possible outcomes, but results may differ from one campaign to another.
We understand your frustration with the login and logout process. Our team is actively working on improving this for a smoother experience.
As requested, a refund has already been processed a few days ago for your order. If you need further assistance, please reach out to us at https://musicvertising.com/contact/, [email protected], or WhatsApp at +1 321 946 1650.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
Best regards, Musicvertising Customer Service Team

This is absolutely bots
This is absolutely bots. The moment you cancel all your listeners go away. My listeners were from Kyrgyzstan. I live in a small town in america. All the listeners come at once. They also add multiple subscriptions rather than just one. So if you want to cancel you have to cancel 3, or you will get billed again. And if you cancel suddenly nobody wants to listen anymore? It’s bots. Don’t get banned. Report them to spotify.
Response from MusicvertisingJul 21, 2023
Hi Bryan,
We sincerely apologize for any confusion or dissatisfaction you may have experienced with our services.
We want to emphasize that we never use bots or any artificial means to generate engagement. Our team is committed to providing authentic and organic campaigns that comply with Spotify's terms of service. Our approach revolves around utilizing programmatic native ads, which target users based on their interests and past searches, similar to the way online ads work when you search for specific products.
Regarding the sudden drop in listeners after cancellation, when promoting your music, consistency, and continuous engagement are crucial factors. If there's a sudden halt in promotions, the streaming platform's algorithm might interpret it as decreased interest and may shift its focus to famous artists and their new tracks. This doesn't mean your music quality is being questioned; rather, it's a mechanism to promote a variety of content to users.
We encourage artists to keep promoting their work to reach new audiences consistently, even if not through us. Building a solid fanbase can take time, and staying consistent over a couple of years is vital to achieving long-term success. While it's true that popular and well-known artists tend to receive priority from the algorithm, consistent efforts can help smaller artists gain visibility and grow their followers.
As for the multiple subscriptions issue, we apologize for any confusion caused. We genuinely value your business and want to address any concerns you have. Please don't hesitate to contact us through our website at https://musicvertising.com/contact/, via email at [email protected], or on WhatsApp at +1 321 946 1650. We're here to provide excellent customer service and help you achieve your music promotion goals.

When you stop the monthly pay, your Spotify artist account will never be the same again

Im sorry to say that, all i "gained" on being together with Musicvertising for one month was the loss of all of my earlier and real monthly listeners later.
I n the beginning I was suddenly on "playlists"! And just after a short time of two weeks "hundereds of "real" listeners had "saved my song", and i was "listened to" by thousands. I was so glad.
5000 " organic Streams" was reported under the month, 460 persons had "saved " my music to their Spotify. This was listeners that was "gained" during the time I paid. This was listeners that I would keep.
But, NOT ONE SINGLE!!! of those "listeners" wanted to have me when I wanted to try what happened when I did nt want to pay anymore. Then Musikvertising erased all of my monthly listeners.
But why didn't I continue then, to pay to continue with high listening shares. Well, because there was something strange about the fact that even though I had "hundreds of new listeners every day" it never produced any results when I was logged in. Day and night showed " 0 listeners right now", but when the report was a fact 400 listeners more, than the day before.I was looking every time i was checking in every waken hour on Spotify, despite the "0 streams right now"
I got the answer from Musicvertising that it has to be something wrong with this parameter on Spotify.
Afterwars I can understand it was not real listerners.it was boths:even if that kind of bots is forbidden in EU in this context.
But why didn't I continue then, to pay to continue with high listening shares. Well, because there was something strange about the fact that even though I had "hundreds of new listeners every day" it never produced any results when I In hindsight, of course, I realized it was just fake.
It is hard to imagine that Musicvertisment can go into every data user and change the parameter to not follow. The streams are so coordinated.
Therefore, I rule out that it is not about real listeners. Exactly on the date that I stop paying, the audience numbers start to drop. I am no longer on any "playlists".
Today I have Musicvertisment to thank for making me feel like a hopelessly failed artist. I was fooled into thinking that this was a viable way to spread my music more widely. Alas, as I deceived myself.
But your old feeds are destroyed as you are brutally removed from playlists that you paid Musicvertisment, and I went from around 50 followers that I had worked up to a year, to only one - myself, when Musicvertisment manipulated the feeds so that my page is recognized as an error page. I probably have to take down my page on to be able to get followers again. Make new releases. It is no easy ways to followers like Muscvertisment states.
This is my final judgment of Musicvertisments services. I l never give them one cent more, according to the damage they have made for me. I would have had my 40-50 per month now, that I had before Musicvertisment removed me from the playlists I paid myself into. What you are doing must be in the greyzone of the jusicearea. It is legal in the United States, but not in Sweden, neither EU.

Hi Tomas,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and I'm sorry to hear about the challenges you faced during your time with us.
After reviewing your promotion, I discovered that the service was canceled a month ago, which abruptly halted the progress and visibility of your music. As a consequence, Spotify's algorithm may have interpreted this cessation as an indication that your page is no longer actively engaged or relevant. This unfortunate outcome is a direct result of the discontinuation of the promotion, as ongoing activity is vital for maintaining momentum and attracting listeners.
I completely understand how this situation has made you feel like a failed artist, and I regret that you had to endure such disappointment. It's important to note that our placement service covers a specific duration, typically 30 days, and after that period, the responsibility of the placement falls into the curator's will. Unfortunately, when promotion ceases abruptly, the algorithmic impact can be substantial, causing a decline in listenership.
While our services are designed to increase exposure and facilitate wider reach, it is crucial to ensure continuous engagement with your audience beyond the promotional period. I want to reiterate that your music still demonstrates the significant results we were able to achieve, and there is still engagement within the campaign.
To further illustrate this point, consider the analogy of a store owner who invests in marketing. When the store actively promotes its products, many new customers visit, and the revenue increases. However, if the marketing efforts are completely halted, naturally, fewer people will learn about the store through advertisements, resulting in fewer visitors in the following months, especially when competitors continue to invest in marketing.
Your feedback is highly valuable to us, and we take it to heart. We understand your concerns regarding the legal implications, and we are committed to operating within the legal boundaries of each country. Rest assured, we will thoroughly investigate the matter to ensure compliance.
I understand that you have made the decision to remove your songs from Spotify, and I respect your choice. It is your prerogative to determine the best course of action for your music career. However, before taking any drastic steps, I would encourage you to reconsider the potential for rebuilding your listenership by consistently engaging with your audience and exploring alternative strategies for promoting your music, even if not with us.
Once again, I want to express my deepest apologies for the disappointment you have experienced. We genuinely appreciate your trust in our services, and it saddens me to hear that we fell short of your expectations. If there's anything further I can do to assist you or address any other concerns, please do not hesitate to let me know.

76% decrease is not what was promised
I started the month of promotion with 700-800 daily spotify listeners. I experienced a daily decrease until I finally decided today that enough is enough and cancelled. A 76% decrease in listeners in one month of using the service is not what I signed on for.
Response from MusicvertisingJun 17, 2023
Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your feedback!
We understand your disappointment. However, let me explain a bit about how Spotify calculates monthly listeners and why fluctuations can occur.
Spotify considers monthly listeners as unique individuals who have played your music within a 28-day period. This number is updated daily, which means it can go up and down based on various factors. For example, if some of the new listeners from 28 days ago didn't continue to listen to your songs, the monthly listeners count would decrease on the 29th day. Similarly, if you gained new listeners, only some of them would be added to the count.
These fluctuations are normal as people's listening habits change. While we strive to provide consistent and effective promotion, we can't control individual listeners' preferences.
We appreciate your decision to try our service, and we value your feedback. If you have any further questions or concerns, please reach out to us through our website at https://musicvertising.com/contact/, via email at [email protected], or on WhatsApp at +1 321 946 1650.

Have less listeners than when I started
I started with around 10 monthly listeners on Spotify. I sent my song in to them and got a message that it had been selected and sent to playlists
I now have 0 monthly listeners lol

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
We want to clarify that We've sent your track to our curators and they confirmed that received your track to consider for placements. While your track was indeed forwarded to our curators for evaluation, please note that placement on a playlist is not guaranteed.
We apologize if there was any confusion regarding the process or if your song was not selected for playlist inclusion. We receive a high volume of submissions daily, which may result in some songs being overlooked.

Noticing a lot of fake 5 star reviews…This Company Scams!
Noticing a lot of fake 5 star reviews and someone also arguing that Streams don’t disappear… we I’m hear to inform all of you that I believed in musicvertising… even after the time when I noticed my total streams had changed… in the beggining I saw a huge uptick… first got to 26k streams for it to change to 12k streams… then after not receiving any royalties I followed up with my distro CDBaby who reached out to Spotify to find out that…. They stopped all payments going out because my account got flagged for having artificial/ bot streams… I reached out to music vertising with screenshots proving what I’m saying now for them to not reply or try to send me info on what they claim they do for streams… they only have what they said while I have proof… I came to leave a review about my account being flagged but when I read another review about someone’s streams disappearing also… I knew what I had thought happened actually did happen… never heard about streams disappearing before, never talked to anyone about it. In reality musicvertising is a horrible scam and I feel sorry for any artists thinking otherwise… Spotify and Apple will shut your account down!! Do your Due Diligence!! Let me also say that Music Vertising was thee only company I used to help get my music out to others…. So that also verified for me that they are scammers… I would happily show anyone the screenshots I have from Spotify and CDbaby…

Hi there,
Thanks for the time to give us your feedback!
I want to emphasize that we're committed to delivering top-notch campaigns for our clients while maintaining their Spotify profile integrity. We use native advertising, targeted blog outreach, and track distribution to playlist curators, all while complying with Spotify's terms of service. We never use bots or fake engagement to boost streams or play counts.
Some folks who got flagged on Spotify had worked with several different companies without being too careful about where they uploaded their tracks. They didn't fully understand how native advertising works, so they pointed the finger at us. It seems like this problem only affected those who aren't as familiar with the ins and outs of the industry.
Regarding your issue with streams and royalties, it's important to note that streaming services typically deliver reports on a monthly basis, and these reports reflect sales from approximately three months prior. This means that if your song was streamed yesterday, it could take up to three months for the related royalties to appear in your report.
If you have any concerns or questions regarding our services, we encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can address them promptly.
Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to work with you in the future to help grow your Spotify profile organically.
Best regards, Musicvertising Customer Service Team

This is a bot service
This is a bot service, plain and simple. They claim to use ads, but can't give you an example of anywhere your ad will appear. You can also pay to playlist, but you will not see any evidence of a playlist. Streams come in so erratically that you'll be picked up right away by Spotify's bot filters. And they use the fact that it takes months for a distributor to get a Spotify payout that the 30-day refund is meaningless. Don't waste your time or risk your Spotify account.
Response from MusicvertisingApr 18, 2023
Hi Aldo,
I wanted to assure you that our team is committed to providing high-quality organic campaigns for our clients on Spotify. We understand your concerns about the use of bots, but please note that we never utilize bots or any other form of fake engagement. Instead, we use programmatic native ads to showcase your Spotify profile to users who have shown an interest in similar artists or genres.
Our system of programmatic native ads is exclusive and allows us to target users based on their interests and past searches. We use the Spotify Play button to advertise songs, and this feature enables anyone who is already logged into Spotify to start listening immediately. If they're not logged in, they can still listen to a 30-second preview.
We apologize for any confusion regarding our playlist service. The playlist link is sent to your email as soon as the placement is secured and the results of it can be seen directly on your Spotifyr for Artists dashboard.
Regarding the irregularity of streams, I want to assure you that we adhere to Spotify's terms of service, and we don't engage in any activity that could trigger Spotify's bot filters. We understand the importance of maintaining a positive reputation and avoiding any actions that could jeopardize our clients' accounts.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that our service did not meet your expectations. If you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team, and we'll do our best to address them.
