I had a poor experience with them. Customer service was terrible when I tried to sort an issue out and they keep trying to sell ad-ons. They are great at selling their services but terrible for looking after their customers.

Nothing here is organic
Nothing here is organic. I've tried to contact them a lot of times asking for information regarding how they were operating, and they were just stalling me till the next payment. I got from 3k subs to 300 on the day I've canceled the service.
Response from MusicvertisingAug 30, 2023
Dear Heitor,
Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We're really sorry to hear that you're feeling frustrated with your experience, and we want to address the issues you've raised.
Our primary goal is to help artists like you grow organically on platforms like Spotify, while adhering strictly to their terms of service. We never employ bots or engage in any practices that could jeopardize the integrity of your music profile. Instead, we utilize native ads, a legitimate advertising method, to connect your music with potential listeners who might be interested based on their preferences and online habits.
We understand that you've experienced a decrease in subscribers after canceling, and we're sorry for the disappointment this has caused. It's important to recognize that although our efforts can introduce your music to new listeners, achieving enduring success on Spotify requires maintaining a continuous presence. The platform's algorithm may recognize and favor content that is interactive and captivating, underlining the significance of consistent engagement and ongoing promotion of your profile. Stay positive and keep creating your fantastic music. Remember, the saying goes that Rome wasn't built in a day, and cultivating a strong fanbase takes time as well.
Now, about the communication glitches – we're genuinely sorry if you felt like we were dragging our feet. That's never our intention. We're all about being upfront and providing you with the info you need to make informed choices.
Your feedback is super important to us, and we're taking your comments on board to make our services better across the board. If you've got more concerns or questions, our support team is all ears.
If you need further assistance, please reach out to us at https://musicvertising.com/contact/, [email protected], or WhatsApp at +1 321 946 1650.

They are completely a fraud
They are completely a fraud. None of it is organic. After using their starter service for a month, they delivered less than half of what they promised. They say it's organic ads and then just use bots. 100% a scam.
Update Sep 01, 2023: They had been promising me a refund that was originally supposed to be delivered mid August. It didn't happen. Then they said Aug 30, 2023. It didn't happen. They did not deliver it as promised even though they guarantee it on their website.
Update Sep 05, 2023: They have now emailed directly stating that they will not refund at all. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Absolutely the worst company. Do Not Hire Musicvertising!!! It's 100% fraud.
Response from MusicvertisingAug 30, 2023
Hi Aaron,
I'm really sorry to hear about your disappointment with our starter service. Your feedback matters a lot to us, and I want to make sure we clear things up.
First and foremost, we take allegations of fraud very seriously, and we want to assure you that our promotion techniques are designed to strictly adhere to Spotify's terms of service. Our main goal is to provide genuine organic engagement to ensure authentic interactions with your music. We have a strict policy against using bots or any fake engagements that could potentially violate platform guidelines.
I get that the results fell short of what you were expecting. The estimated number of streams and followers that we provide is based on historical averages, and it's important to note that these figures can vary due to the inherently organic nature of our promotion. While we aim to provide the best possible outcomes, there can be fluctuations in results based on various factors, including audience preferences and market trends.
We genuinely value your feedback, as it helps us identify areas for improvement. If you need further assistance, please reach out to us at https://musicvertising.com/contact/, [email protected], or WhatsApp at +1 321 946 1650.

Don't use this service
It's not organic plays. As soon as you cancel your subs will drop back down to where they were. Even with their questionable methods, I did not get the plays and follows on my spotify that they promised, and yet they did not refund my money like they "guaranteed." Steer well clear of musicvertising.
Response from MusicvertisingAug 30, 2023
Hi Drew,
Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your experience with our services. We appreciate your perspective and want to address your concerns.
We're sorry to hear that you didn't see the expected results from your Spotify promotion and that you encountered difficulties with your subscription. Our aim is to provide genuine and effective promotional strategies that align with Spotify's terms of service. We do not engage in practices that could compromise the integrity of your music or violate any platform guidelines. Our focus is on fostering organic engagement to ensure authentic interactions with your tracks.
It's important to note that promoting music is an ongoing effort, and consistent promotion can significantly impact your visibility on platforms like Spotify. Algorithms analyze various metrics, including engagement and consistency, to determine the reach and promotion of your music. If there's a dip in engagement, it might affect how your content is prioritized. We encourage our clients to remain consistent and continue promoting their work to expand their audience over time, even if not through us.
Regarding the refund policy, we do have a 30-day guaranteed refund period that covers the first order. Unfortunately, it doesn't extend to future orders, renewals, or after the period expires. This policy is in place to ensure that clients have ample time to evaluate the effectiveness of our services.
We genuinely value your feedback and will use it to continuously improve our offerings. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. We're here to assist you and provide guidance on maximizing the impact of your music promotion efforts.
Thank you for considering our services, and we wish you the best in your musical journey.

They are a complete fraud
They are a complete fraud. They got me kicked off of my distribution company for fraudulent streams and all of my songs were taken down. They don't respond to any emails, there is never an agent available to talk on their website no matter what day or time. They are horrible.
Response from MusicvertisingAug 30, 2023
Dear Kristi,
We're truly sorry to hear about your frustration and the issues you've been experiencing. We want to assure you that we take your concerns seriously and are committed to addressing them.
After reviewing your case thoroughly, we found that your songs are still available on Spotify, and our team has been actively promoting them only on that platform. Our promotion techniques strictly adhere to Spotify's terms of service, and we prioritize organic engagement to ensure genuine interactions with your music. We do not use bots or fake engagements that could violate any platform's guidelines.
Regarding your distribution account and removal from other streaming platforms, we want to emphasize that our practices are aligned with Spotify's terms of service. We do not engage in fraudulent activities, and we are committed to the integrity of our clients' profiles.
Given your already high engagement, it leads us to wonder if you have collaborated with other marketing companies in the past. This collaboration could potentially contribute to any discrepancies with your distribution account. It's possible that those efforts may still be impacting your streaming figures
We apologize if there have been delays in our communication. Our team is actively working to address all inquiries, and we value your feedback as we continuously strive to improve our services. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. We're here to assist you and ensure that your experience with our service is a positive one.
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, and we hope to resolve this situation in a satisfactory manner.
Best regards, Musicvertising Customer Service Team

A criminal enterprise! Seriously.
Make no mistake. This is a SCAM! And though they will reply to this negative review as they do to the scores of others by claiming that they do not use bots, be assured that there are no actual people listening to your music. None. I canceled after the first day when I checked my Spotify analytics to see that I had 31 streams from 31 different people all living in a town in Virginia with a population of 40K. And all streams came, not from playlists, but from my artist profile. If it's not bots, then it's some guy in Virginia with 31 different Spotify accounts clicking on my song 31 times and letting it play for the required 30 seconds.
I have requested a refund both by email and through the WhatsApp number they provide and have not heard back from them. Rest assured, if my account is not credited in full in the next 48 hours, I will get the police involved and perhaps look into organizing a class action lawsuit for all the people who have been similarly scammed by these people.
And please take note of the fact that the myriad one-star reviews are, for the most part, all written in proper English and contain specific details, whereas the five star reviews are vague, overly laudatory, and mostly written in broken English.
Update: Adding this because it's hilarious. I have an older song on Spotify that I've never promoted. Recently my analytics showed that the song had zero streams in the last 28 days and, thanks to Musicverscamming, 40 saves! That's right, forty people, without even listening to the song, decided they liked it enough to add it to their music libraries.
As to the money back guarantee, it's only guaranteed by your ability to dispute charges with your credit card company so be prepared for a battle once you realize you've been scammed and want a refund.
Update 2.0: They claimed they couldn't issue me a refund because my card had been cancelled or blocked, which is a straight-up lie. The bank had no trouble giving me a credit through their fraud protection department. These people are grifters, plain and simple.

I almost got banned from Spotify...
I used MusicVertising multiple times in 2021 and 2022. After using, I was flagged by my distribution service twice for "suspicious streams". I almost got banned from Spotify! When I asked about it to MusicVertiting chat email, they pretended to not know anything. Once I cancelled, I was left with less than 100 monthly listeners. Definitely bots. I use a different service now and I see actual GRADUAL success. The blog entry option and playlist entry options are also suspect. They give NO feedback on the songs I have requested to be submitted to playlists, they were just placed without question. BOTS??? NO WAY! LOL
Response from MusicvertisingJul 24, 2023
Hi Dorian,
Thanks for your review. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to addressing your concerns.
Regarding the issue of flagged streams, we want to assure you that we never engage in any practices involving bots or fake engagement. Our approach is based on native advertising, targeted blog outreach, and track distribution to playlist curators (based on the chosen plan), all of which adhere to Spotify's terms of service.
We understand the importance of transparency and accountability, and we are sorry if you felt that our communication was lacking when you inquired about the flagged streams. We always aim to be responsive and provide helpful information to our clients, and we will certainly look into any lapses in our customer support.
Regarding your experience with the blog and playlist options, we apologize if you felt dissatisfied with the process. Our team works hard to place songs on relevant blogs and playlists to maximize exposure for our clients' music. However, we understand the value of feedback and will take your comments into account to improve our services further.
We genuinely value your input and feedback and are continually striving to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our offerings. We also respect your decision to explore other services, and we're glad to hear that you are experiencing gradual success elsewhere.
If there is anything specific you would like us to investigate or address further, please feel free to reach out to our support team directly. We want to ensure that all of our clients have a positive experience with our services, and we'll do our best to address any concerns you may have. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.

Zero stars
Zero stars. 10k streams across multiple tracks per month and ZERO followers. That's not just improbable, it's statistically impossible. Even a 10% follow rate is terrible and generally speaks more to your copy and targeting than your music. After numerous conversations with them, I finally got them to admit they use programmatic native advertising. Ever scroll way past an article you were reading to click on one of the endless ads that follows? Didn't think so. How about the sponsored ads at the top of search result? Also no? These are where their tens of thousands of streams apparently come from overnight. It has to be bots, there's no other way. I don't doubt that they might use their terrible advertising techniques legitimately... but it's 100% bots clicking on those ads. They just pretend to have no knowledge of that part.
The best part is that they talk to you like you're an idiot, because that's who they think their customers are. They claim their ads target people's browsing behavior etc... no kidding, that's literally what any ad does lol. Anyone ever run an ad targeted to no one? It doesn't change the fact that they're using among the worst possible advertising method that not only doesn't produce meaningful results, but harms your brand as well. They will completely destroy your algorithmic progress at best, and get you banned at worst. Still worth $40/mo? Maybe if you're as stupid as they hope you are.
To top it all off, the positive reviews here are just as fake and meaningless. Hownwas it a good experience? What metrics or measurable statistics did they improve beside streams? Literally none of them offer anything but praise in broken English lol.
Response from MusicvertisingJul 24, 2023
Hi Jonathan,
We appreciate your feedback and want to address your concerns to ensure you have a better understanding of our processes.
First and foremost, we want to clarify that our approach is indeed based on native advertising, but also targeted blog outreach, and track distribution to playlist curators (according to the chosen plan), all of which fully comply with Spotify's terms of service. We never engage in using bots or any fake engagement practices, as these are against our values.
Our native ads work by participating in an auction when a page loads, and they are displayed to users based on algorithmic targeting, taking into account their interests, similar artists, and genres. This way, we aim to connect artists with their relevant audience who might be interested in their music.
While we understand that not every campaign might yield the desired results, our intention is always to provide meaningful and genuine engagement for our clients. We do our best to optimize the ad targeting and delivery process to reach the right audience. However, we acknowledge that achieving a high follow rate can be challenging, and we continuously work on refining our advertising strategies to improve overall performance.
Regarding positive reviews, we value honest feedback from our clients. If there are instances of fake reviews, we take this very seriously and investigate them to ensure authenticity. We believe in transparency and want to maintain the integrity of our reputation.
We genuinely apologize if you felt that our communication with you was disrespectful. Our team aims to treat all clients with respect and understanding, and we will certainly address any concerns in our internal discussions to improve our customer interactions.
We appreciate your insights and will use this feedback to reevaluate our advertising methods and customer communication. If there's anything specific you would like us to look into, please feel free to contact our support team directly at https://musicvertising.com/contact/, [email protected], or WhatsApp at +1 321 946 1650. We value your feedback and are committed to providing a positive experience for all our clients.
