We tried doing business with this company. AT checkout department we tried making payment with both debit and credit cards.But musicrisepr WONT process the payment request. They said something about stipe.WE DONT USE STIPE.. We always have made our payments using debit or credit cards. SO WE TOOK our money and SPENT it at a more PROFESSIONAL business..Musicrisepr is a relatively new and amateurish business. Their payment system setup is Unprofessional. Get your $**t together.

Rough experience and clearly outsourcing everything to another company. Save yourself the money and go with one of the direct service providers.

careful with this company, they offered me a 20% discount on one of their packages to entice me to use them , and they also discounted my results. solange rosenberg is probably and AI. all her emails are copy and paste. she once accidentally sent me an email from another client and it was exactly the same words to me. after the 2nd week they ask u to give them a great review so that they will boost your campaign. which i find to be a trap. they don't have high quality playlist. when the campaign is over , all the streams are gone . Spotify playlists do way a better job on keeping my listeners. my last campaign ; solange promised me close to 30,000 streams for a customized campaign i paid for, she stopped the campaign after around 16,000 streams. from their playlist.

This company keeps flagging one star reviews. My experience was not good, they continue emailing me aggressively.

The team is nice, but the results are not. You get placed on playlists that dont really give anything after the promotion. It's random latin american lists, that give you streams, but not fans. I would personally run ads instead. Targeted, cheaper and higher impact. i asked for a partial refund, but they do not want to issue it. it's expensive for no reason.

They reached out to me via e-mail asking about promotion, it looked shady from the jump. I should have trusted my gut. After some back and forth, I decided to try out their lower-tier campaign. My song was filled in extremely sketchy playlists by curators who had one or two playlists with tens of thousands of saves yet very little streaming activity. The other music in the playlist was not similar in genre to mine in the slightest. Third-party tools couldn't verify the authenticity of these lists. Yes the numbers were good but were they authentic... no. Hopefully my song doesn't get pulled for over 90% botted plays, now it's a waiting game on my end. If you don't want stress in your life, avoid this service.
