Great first campaign. Looking forward to future campaigns.

Maria has been very attentive to my campaign. I've seen great results so far with my song, Breakdown. I split my funds between two songs, and one is currently performing better than the other, but both are steadily growing. I am also getting new followers on Spotify. I attribute that growth to the rise campaign.

Yes - I have also been skeptical about trying to reach new audiences through paid playlist placements. But I got contacted by musicrisepr and decided to check it out after writing back and forth for a couple of weeks. First the good part: I have had a good dialog and communication with their Campaign Manager throughout the process. And even though the results were a bit low and slow in the beginning, they continued the promotion within the same initial budget (100 $). They have an absolutely fair rate of return and keep adding you to playlists until the goals are met. My skepticism: Some of the playlists I got added to, had nothing to do with my genre or kind of music. They were more allround hit playlists that didn't match the type of music they were promoting for me. I have been afraid that would hurt my meta data and make it difficult for me to build a fanbase. But musicrisepr had a explanation for it. They want to put you on playlists that attracts many people rather than niche playlists with a more correct description. The results: I'm actually pretty satisfied. I started from a low base of around 1800 monthly listeners, and it has increased to currently 4800 monthly listeners for this first 100 $ campaign. I have never before exceeded 2300 monthly listeners and this is more than double up. My new release that was promoted as one of two singles in this campaign has reached about 4000.- all time streams since the release a month ago. Conclusion: I haven´t regret working with Musicrisepr. and I'm considering doing a new campaing to see if they can manage to make a new doubling of my monthly listeners. I would insist of taking a bit more control over which playlists I get added to, since all this is only relevant for me, if I can benefit from it in terms of growing followers, more concerts etc.

I got excellent results from my "tester campaign." I also have received prompt and thorough responses to a number of questions from one dedicated person assigned to my account. My song was put on playlists that are not my genre (which I might have preferred) but the song did get a lot of streams. I have only tried the one campaign which was well priced. The price on other options seems pretty high so not sure of my next step with them.

I am always concerned about companies in the PR world of music taking advantage of indie artists. There are many emails and messages that come in offering services & it can be very tough to discern which ones are honest and legit. I decided to give MusicrisePR a try with promotion and I have to say, I am happy with the results. My monthly listener count is up and the streams to the songs have increased. Thanks MusicrisePR (:
