I was extremely happy with my shopping experience with Music City Gifts. I had a question and they were quick to respond, they emailed and CALLED me personally to help. My order came quick and the items were beautiful and in excellent condition. (it was for mothers day) no problems. I am looking to make another purchase with them in the next few days. I would highly recommend them!!!

I purchased a Cow Parade Ballerina Munchkin from this site and although well packaged, one of the ears had broken off during transit. I have emailed the company but have had no response! Not happy.

I did correspond with the buyer when I received an email, which was not until after they posted the problem that they experienced. I apologized for the problem that they had and offered a complete refund in that I did not have any more of that item in stock. The customer said that they had glued the horn back on and appreciated my contacting them and acknowledged that there has obviously been a communication problem in their first attempt.

My wife wanted a particular couple of Horses over the last year or so. Painted Ponies web site said they were sold out ! Panic ensued...but then I found Music City Gifts. Yes...they had them and on sale no less. Thanks. Can't wait to order "Big Red" for her Birthday....
