Very disappointing product
The quality of the print is no better than if I had just printed the painting onto construction paper myself. And the sizes are horribly misleading. My 16x20 prints are on 16x20 paper, but the massive border means the image itself is only 9x16. This is extremely disappointing.

We created our prints with the white border so that our customers could install them in widely-available, off-the-shelf frames to reduce the high cost of custom framing. Once installed in a frame, the white border is intended to give the look of a matted print without the cost of a matt. We understand that our standard product design does not appeal to everyone. We’d really like the chance to make this right for you. If you return the prints to us, we’ll issue a full refund as soon as they arrive back at our studio.
