I signed up through a Facebook ad for what was presented as a $9.99 purchase. I received an OTP from my bank specifically asking me to authorise a $9.99 MuscleMonster transaction, which I approved. Immediately afterwards, I discovered THREE separate charges: $9.99, $12.99 and $34.99. These appear to be recurring subscriptions, despite me only knowingly authorising the $9.99 purchase. What makes this even worse is how difficult it is to find a clear way to cancel everything and prevent further charges. I should not have to hunt through websites and contact support just to stop subscriptions I did not knowingly intend to purchase in the first place. I have screenshots from my bank showing exactly what amount I authorized and the additional charges that followed. This experience feels extremely misleading. Be very careful before entering your card details through their Facebook ads. Check exactly what you are being enrolled into and monitor your bank account afterwards. I would absolutely NOT recommend this platform/app.

J'utilise l'application depuis mon achat, il y a deux semaines. Malheureusement, je ne me sens pas très bien orienté pour mes besoins. J'étais persuadé, en étudiant la publicité de l'application, que je trouverais en cette application un guide personnalisé et un choix d'exercices à faire pour atteindre mes exercices. Je suis déçu. Dommage.

This company is a fraude i took a 9.99 plan in two week they bill me $39.99 out of no where i went to the app and cancel the suscription on 7-28-26 and today they tried to bill me $49.99 more . My card gave me a refund but they're investigating the issue . Do not buy any plan from them.

I've had the same experience as others on here. I thought I was buying a one off fitness plan. Not only did they charge extra for an ebook I didn't want, but the next month, suddenly there were additional subscription charges, including a subscription fee for an ebook. Why on earth would I subscribe to an ebook! I've cancelled everything, but they are refusing to refund. Absolute scam.

Total RIP OFF. Subscribed for $18.99. My car was charged 3 times, all different prices -- total: $56.97. There is no customer service number to call. Infuriating!

Muestran un anuncio con unos supuestos ejercicios, luego te apuntas y no tienen nada que ver y lo peor: TE COBRAN POR OTROS SERVICIOS O PRODUCTOS QUE NO HAS COMPRADO y que luego te dicen que van conjuntos ... Antes que nada cancela los pagos automáticos porque te seguirán cobrando lo que les de la gana. Les dices que no quieres el servicio pero NO hacen devolución del dinero. Estafadores.

Unfortunately a star must be given, but this app does not deserve one. Serious concern this is a scam, they simply charge your card silently , no reminder/warning a charge would hit your card - I struggle to understand how my subscription never showed on my Apple Subscription List and they were still able to charge me - under UK Law we have the cooling off period that also applies for subscription renewals, as this app has no representatives in the UK and is based in HK, you are left with this shady business, you can contact them - or Emma which seems to be how everyone is named in their business or it is their bot - avoid all you can - all those apps that offer a trial are on the same boat, they silently charge you and because they are a UK business nothing can be done - unsure how apple allows a business in their platform that does not operate according to local legislation!

A complete scam!!! Stay away from this.
