Muscle MonsterReviews of musclemonster.fit

This company and their sister company called Yoga Daily is a scam. I purchased program of daily exercises and immediately was charged an extra $52 for some other program i knew nothing about. I contacted them and they refuse a refund. They have hidden add on programes when you go thru the payment process.

Very bad, I have subscribed for an offer to test the app, was then billed with 49,99 for a month! although I just wanted to test and I mailed the customer service. The customer service is also very bad, with aggressive policy just to take the money but not being of any help to the customer!

I never signed up for this. I am a disabled veteran who has mental health issues and limited income due to not being able to work. These charges I feel had to be from me clicking on this by mistake. I am requesting a refund I don’t need your product or any other products. I can only do limited exercises due to my disability and that’s done through therapy. If I need to contact a veteran provided attorney I will. I will not allow anyone to scam me or make me pay for a product I cancelled when I realized I was being charged for it and I’ve never used it or attempted to use. I’ll also be posting this to your review page for others to see how veterans are treated who try to resolve fraudulent charges the correct way with proof that your app has never been used. I want a refund!!!!

This is a scam!! I subscribed for $9.99 plan, next I am debited $12.99 + $24.99. I am busy with my bank trying to reverse the transaction as they are refusing to refund. Damn!! I have seen them for such a long time and finally decided to give them a try!!

Hello, I subscribed to the Muscle Monster workout plan after being shown a subscription price of ₹249 per month for a 12-month plan. The payment process indicated that the subscription could be cancelled at any time, and I proceeded with the PhonePe AutoPay option on that understanding. However, instead of being charged ₹249 for the monthly subscription, ₹2,950 was deducted upfront. This charge does not match the monthly pricing presented to me during the subscription process. I have also been unable to reach your customer support team. I request that you: Refund the ₹2,950 charged upfront. Cancel my subscription and revoke the associated AutoPay mandate to prevent future deductions. Confirm the cancellation and refund in writing. I can provide the transaction details and screenshots of the subscription offer and payment. Please register this complaint and resolve it as soon as possible. If the matter remains unresolved, I will escalate it through PhonePe, my bank, and the National Consumer Helpline. Thank you.

Would give zero , but there is not that option. Scam artist company, they ll advertize 9.99 deal which will actually lead to almost 60 dollars of invisible costs. Karma will take care of them, dont click on their links.
