This company was quick with processing the order. Setting up the account was really easy. The first order was not correct, but my rep, Zack was helpful in quickly responding. Customer service is good and the shipping seems to be pretty quick.

Have not got to put the product into use to date. That's why only given four stars. But as for the communication and swiftness on getting the product delivered, could not have asked for any better first time experience with this company. After looking at the product they have provided, I am sure the quality of it will meet more than our expectation of what we are needing it for. I will in the future look at obtaining more bids from this company and look forward to hopefully doing more business with them.

I have absolutely no problems with being informed when you have received my Purchase Order to when it gets shipped. I do wish you would get my name right, though. It is Sally Ellis, not Sandy Ellis.

Website easy to use and delivery fast. However, a few items where missing bolts and one item was damaged (I don't think it was damaged during shipping, but packaging was marginal and could be done better). With that being said I'd order Murphy Industrial products again.
