I really enjoyed dealing with your company! I’ll tell others about you that are interested in rigging materials!! I would have easily ga y’all a five but as I checked out I thought I checked the 10 per cent off discount but once my order was processed I didn’t get it! But knowing myself and ordering over the internet it was my fault! My only suggestion would be to give the 10 percent off automatically because of Computer illiterate folks like me! You guys are super nice and treat customers friendly! I like doing business with people like you who don’t treat their clientele like they are doing them a favor ! Also James helped me and answered all my questions even during his lunch hour! Thanks again and GOD Bless

Always easy to do business with ... go above and beyond letting us know they have are orders and when they will ship. Sends us tracking info when they do ship, Sometimes mistakes in shipping but good out weighs the bad

Product was delivered on time and exactly as described. My only complaint was the condition. Both of my chain binders paint was flaking off in several large areas, making me wonder if these were returns. They function perfectly, and will eventually get banged up bouncing in my tool bin, but would of liked to start with a fresh new product, considering what I paid. Would I recommend? Yes. Do they work? Absolutely. Look good? Not so much.

Tim is a great guy to deal with, and he is all about customer service and that is the way all vendors should strive to be. He knows how to take care of his customers. I would recommend this company to anyone!! Keep up the good work, if I lived in Houston I would be working with this guy!!!
