Murphy Industrial Products, Inc.Reviews of murphylift.com

Very satisfied with the experience I had with Murphy industrial! We had a big order and needed it fast, I explained this to Zack, he assured me he could get it there in time! He did! Then we had to delay it a day, I called Zack and he helped us with that also!! Great customer service all around! I will recommend and use again! Also we purchased galvanized steel cable wire with aluminum sleeves and the product was great! Thank you again Zack, and Murphy industrial

Great Product, delivery, and price. Thanks Murphy!

This was a good experience, the right product, fast shipping. At first there was a mixup on the address but two different employees emailed me to say they would make sure of my order. They were right on it.

Our order arrived in great condition and on time.

Very helpful!!!! Good people!!!!

Fairly easy website. Excellent customer service

I ordered 3ft of heavy chain. The first box from FedEx arrived empty with a big hole in it. Not enough strapping on the box to hold it. I contacted customer service and they sent the order again that day. This time with enough strapping to hold the chain in. It Is a pretty serious chain. I think I could have gone for a smaller size link. Zombie proof.

Very happy with the service, fast shipping, very pleasant to deal with on the phone, customer for life :)
