My company had a late Friday emergency need for one of our units that went down. Since we operate in Eastern Time, I reached out to MurCal and the sales person was very helpful. He verified the part was physically on their shelf and had it sent overnight to us. We appreciated the great customer service and taking the steps to ensure we received the part asap.
