Very disappointed - I purchased this shower head in August of this year. I had high hopes particularly because of the filter. I had really hoped I would notice a difference in my hair. Sadly I did not notice any difference. Also the water pressure was so much worse with this shower head. Then come mid October and the hose cracked. So disappointed. I had to go to Home Depot and purchase a new shower head which is working great.

Both hoses came apart again in the same spot. I DEFINITELY CAN NPT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!

This shower head does not perform as advertised. The pressure is not great. 40 day money back guarantee is a joke. I have been trying to get a refund for over a week. They keep offering partial refunds and for me to keep the items. DO NOT BUY!!

Even one star is not worth After received items, it was disappoint it I contacted customer service I want return it They try to not refund as they advertised 49 days free return . They trying to charge $25.00 return shipping fees. They offer me 60% partial return not sending items. I had no choice I said yes. Since then I have not heard from them.

Worst Quality showerhead. Made of cheap plastic. I used it less then 20 days and the hose is broken and water coming out of hose. 40 days return is written all over website and on advertisements but its only if you have not used it. My order was shipped from. NSW state in Australia but its asking it to return it to USA for 30 USD.

Poor shipping. Didnt receive it for months, tries to get a refund and your company refuse to give me the refund, instead your company wanted to give me a discount for waiting months for the package. I installed the shower head but the quality in material is poor as well. The handle leaks and i refuse to deal with it. The item is horrible. I would not recommend thia product to my enemy.

The other 5 star reviews MUST be bots because theres simply no way real people are complimenting this company. Muravai is a straight-up scam company, and this showerhead is living proof. This isn’t some “innovative product” — it’s the kind of flimsy junk you’d find in a dollar store bin, except Muravai marked it up and packaged it with enough fake hype to fool people like me. I’ve never felt more ripped off by a purchase in my life. Their Instagram ads are everywhere, promising life-changing showers, slick videos, and constant fake BOGO deals. They say “ships in 3 days,” but mine showed up WEEKS later, the literal day before I left for college, in boxes that looked like they’d been used as soccer balls. Inside? Scratched-up plastic garbage. And that BOGO deal? Complete lie. They sent me one. The “showerhead” itself is laughable. The water pressure is so weak it’s basically two sad little circles dribbling water, completely useless for rinsing anything. The “3 modes” are mist, circles, and mist-with-circles — all equally trash. Whoever designed this has never taken a shower in their life. And the little scalp-scratcher attachment? It turned into a mold colony faster than anything else in my bathroom. That alone should tell you what kind of junk material this is made from. Muravai isn’t selling showerheads. They’re selling cheap dropshipped plastic with a marketing budget. They pump out fake five-star reviews, slap together Instagram ads, and cash in while people burn money on something that’s not worth even $5. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. Bottom line: Muravai is a scam operation, and this showerhead is hot garbage. Save your money, save your time, and don’t let these clowns profit off you like they did me. If you buy this thing, you might as well just set your money on fire — at least you’d get some heat out of it.
