Not really the greatest material quality and they scam you into a subscription (why would I subscribe to a shower head?). I’m contacting my bank for fraud.

Shower head has amazing pressure, but the hose is pure garbage (ordered in May 2025)! It’s extremely poorly made and after a few showers you’ll have water spewing from breaking points all along the length of the hose causing loss of water pressure. After the first hose failed I contacted customer service about the issue requesting a replacement and that was like pulling teeth because the company kept saying the problem was an “installation issue”. This was even after I sent photographic proof of where the water was spewing from along the length of the hose. After me standing my ground and insisting a replacement the company sent a replacement hose that I received in September. And now once again January 2026 the hose is spewing water from multiple areas along the length of the hose causing loss of water pressure. I’m not even going to waste my time reaching out to the company this time I’ll try to find a comparable hose that will be compatible with maintaining the high water pressure from the shower head.

Bought 2 of them, shipping was horrible. Overlooked it. The product broke at the hose and is leaking everywhere. The holder for the shower head is already cracked. lasted 3 months. cost for what you get is ABSURD. plastic parts for over a $100 order? get real. flimsy and not worth it.

I ordered a showerhead and a I noticed a subscription for replacement showerheads was added to my order when I received the order confirmation. There is no customer service phone number, so I sent an e-mail within 5 minutes of receiving the order confirmation asking Muravai to cancel my order. Muravai never responded. The next day I received a notice the item as shipped earlier that day. I e-mailed Muravai again and I heard back from them right away. Yet, they said there was nothing that could be done because the item had already been shipped. Amazing how quickly I heard back from them once they shipped the item *sarcasm*. Company is dishonest. 1) They added subscription to my order. 2) They chose not to reply to my cancellation request and only responded after the item was shipped. DISHONEST Company. Now, I have to file a credit card dispute.

Purchased your shower head on October 20th. I have already had to replace the hose it came with because it busted through. So I bought an expensive new hose last weekend and the shower head itself cracked open today . This is the worst product I have ever spent money on. As it is it feels like needles hitting your body so I use the button to slow down the pressure as recommended by your team. I haven’t once had a relaxing shower. No one in my family likes it and they all agree. Feels like needles! I’m sure you won’t give me my money back because I’m outside the 40 day money back guarantee. Clearly it’s only meant to last that long before it falls apart!

Purchased end of November and still trying to get a refund. Poor quality and after several emails - still can't get a refund.

While the design seemed promising, the durability was an issue for me. The first shower head’s hose broke after only a few months, and the backup unit broke during installation. The buy-one-get-one offer also required additional purchases, which I wasn’t expecting. I’m sharing this so future buyers are aware. Unfortunately, I can’t give this product a high rating based on my experience.

We ordered this shower head at the beginning of the year. Well my husband was in the shower, thank god it wasn’t my son, and the whole head of the shower head split in half. Now that I’ve contacted them about this, they only want to give me a very small % of what we paid for it back. I seriously would never purchase this again. Someone could really get hurt on this product.
