I ordered a box with a request for sweet and savory. I got Two packages of ramen noodles and d 10 other items which included a few cookies, chips and candies. It was probably $18.00 with of stuff for $42.00, not worth it. Then they sent a drink that I didn't order and charged me $9.75 shipping and handling + $3.75 for the drink. Definitely returning to sender/refusing that package. Customer service is unreachable and unresponsive.

I have had the worst luck with this company. I signed up for a six month subscription and after four month, I have only received the first box. The rest for some reason keep getting canceled by the sender. I don't understand why. I will definitely not resubscribe! The first box I did get was all spicy stuff. When I filled out the survey, I said I didn't want spicy...every time I try to contact customer service, I get an email with the same response...I give up! Just plain bad!

Products were damaged via shipping. It's like the company just doesn't care about what you get. They just want their money. Customer service takes several days to respond to a complaint. There's other companies out there that I would use after this experience

I tought it was interesting, no ned to travel and try real snack from around the world but the prices are so craze I couln't even if I had too much money because it doesn't make sense. 8$ for a drink in a bottle kind of like 7up...and the boxes start at 36$ per months for like 6-8 snacks .

Delivery is taking a long time..... Haven't received anything yet but based on that I won't be ordering again
