Frederick was the best phone rep I have spoken to. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and wanted to make sure his information was accurate. I just can’t speak for the rest of the business only for him.

Frederick made this process so easy and he really understands what my weight battle is because he’s been there himself and that means a lot. He also let me know that he would be with me throughout the weight journey and if I needed anything, he provided me with the number to get in touch with him.

Honestly I never thought I would answer the call. Your company is very diligent and doesn’t give up. Today I finally called you guys after months of ignoring your calls. I was very pleased with Frederick. He has amazing customer service skills. I was only going to purchase a one month supply and I actually purchased your 6 month plan.

Fredrick made my ordering process easy. He gave me tips and other helpful supplement info. I have already reached my goal weight of 150 lbs within about five months, loosing about 65-70 lbs. Now I’m getting maintenance supplies because I don’t want to go through this again. This is a great company with friendly and helpful staff for any questions you may have along your journey.
