I am writing here in hopes of getting response. I was very enthused to begin the program and placed an order highlighting that I would be on vacation until August 21. I received a confirmation from Catherine telling me that they had marked it as a priority not to send my medication. Long story short, my medication arrived in Tennessee this morning, Monday, and I will not return home until Wednesday night. I have called all three numbers. They just ring with no answer and no availability to leave a voicemail. I did get a message from Matt asking for my labs and the poor young man got an earful before he connected me with Catherine. I spoke with her briefly & told her the problem. She recalled specifically making notes on my order not to ship. She then assured me she was headed to see her supervisor. That was six hours ago. I don’t know what I’m supposed to do since the medication is sitting in my Mailbox and I don’t have a neighbor to ask to put it in the refrigerator. In any case, hopefully this comment will get some attention from someone. I have texts & emails assuring me the product would not be shipped. Very frustrating.

I was approved last week for my weight loss meds and haven’t received any shipping information even though my credit card was charged the $199. I’ve now tried calling their 800 number and it just rings!!! If this is a scam (I hope not)…I’ll be filing with my credit card company, referring to the BBB and writing awful reviews on every social media site I can find 🤬…I’m hoping someone will contact me today or I’ll be getting a refund!!!

I ordered from MMRX last week. After I placed the order, they said I would get a confirmation within minutes. I’ve never received a confirmation. I haven’t received any communication whatsoever regarding my order. I wake up this morning and saw the payment cleared so they got their money. I cannot even log online and create an account because it wants me to pay again. I’ve tried calling the 800 number with no answer tried calling a woman named Jennifer with no callback. This company is a joke and a scam. I will be calling my bank to dispute charges since I’m getting no product and communication.

Incompetent and Unresponsive - I completed online paperwork for weight loss medication. I received a call a few days later indicating my insurance was going to cover my meds. However I'd not even had my doctor review yet. After contacting them, they indicated they'd left the message for the wrong person and to disregard. This was followed up by a communication that the doctor had reviewed my info and recommended Tizepetide. I received another communication indicating that Semiglutide had been ordered and was 'on it's way'. I've tried to respond to texts and email to talk about this error, with no response. The phone number on their website for 'support' does not get answered, nor can you leave messages on it. I submitted a 'ticket' yesterday via their online chat function and received communciation last night via email from a new person indicating they would help me. I submitted my qeustions, again, and have not received a response. My credit card has been charged. I've not received any reliable communication. I am done with these folks and would like to get my money back and be removed from their records.

MATTHEW OSTROWSKI2 CARE COORDINATOR NEVER REPLIES TO HIS EMAILS AFTER I HAD QUESTIONS WITH NO REPLIES. CATHERINE CASTILLO NEVER RETURNS CALLS EVEN THOUGH SHE SAID SHE WOULD ON QUESTIONS. SHE SOUNDED LIKE I WAS BOTHERING HER WHEN I DID GET AHOLD OF HER. AFTER A WEEK OF CHASING HER DOWN TO LET HER KNOW THAT I PAID FOR ZEPBOUND AND THE EMAIL SAID THEY WERE SHIPPING SEMAGLUTIDE. CATHERINE SENT ME AN EMAIL (WHICH SHE DOSENT REPLY TO EITHER) SAYING I HAD TO STATE I WAS CANCELLING, WHICH I DID. I CALLED AND TOLD HER THAT WAS DONE AND SHE SHE WOULD LOOK FOR THE EMAIL. SHE DID CALL BACK ONLY TO LET ME KNOW THAT SHE FOUND THE EMAIL. DID I WANT ANYTHING ELSE? I STARTED TO SAY SOMETHING BUT SHE CUT ME OFF AND SAID I WAS ALL SET. NO PROFESSIONAL. VERY RUDE. I HAD TO FIGHT TO GET A REFUND FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS AN ERROR ON THEIR PART. HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS.

I placed an order for Tirzepatide and was invoiced for Semiglutide. I have followed up with both the asst. care coordinator and the care coordinator emails as well as a new person I was sent contact info for. I replied to a text for additional information and asked for a correction to my requested medication. I have called the 800 number and left a voicemail. I have yet to have any contact from anyone after 11 days. I’m losing hope that I will get my meds or any reply for an update on a physician appointment. I’m starting to wonder if I just lost my money for nothing. Update: requested refund on 8/16. We will see if they comply. No money back but received texts from another care coordinator (still think they are all the same person) and was shipped my meds. They corrected to the correct med I ordered. Won’t continue to use after all this.

Took money. Told Dr was calling on Monday August 4, @ 4:30 pm est . Medicine sent next day. Doctor NEVER Called! No meds nothinh in the mail. Sad why? Come on now.. Over weight loss My experience: Horrible CynthiaMarsico

If I could go back and let the call go to vm, I would. Biggest mistake I made was allowing Preston Wingfield to talk me into trying this program. Not only was I treated poorly, the meds they sent me made me sick for weeks. I’ve taken Mounjaro before and never had any issues. Not only did nobody follow up and check to see how I was doing/feeling, after 3 months they removed me from the program without warning. Adding insult to injury, I get a text and email from Preston trying to sell me more of their “meds.” Run far away from this company!
