Where's my order? I had an e-mail from you on Feb 21 saying you would reply to me the next dat. It's now a week later and I haven't heard a thing! What gives? Stan McMahon

You item is on pre-order as it said when you placed the order. DJI has been on Chinese New Year so this always causes a delay in getting product this time of year. Now that they are back, we expect to see shipments start arriving again very soon. We apologize for the delay, but it is just something we have to deal with whenever they go on their extended holidays. We will be getting it out to you just as quickly as we can as soon as the products arrive.
