Ordered 36C which is my original correct size here in the Uk. Took ages to come and then when they finally came the cup size was way too big. I emailed asking to return the item and order a lower cup size and they came back saying that it was the right size ordered and they weren’t taking responsibility. (It is a complicated email process also) I wrote to them again explaining I wanted to return the item and they then replied that it would be too expensive to return the item and they offered me a $3 refund and I could give them to a friend. I replied telling them that I would prefer to send the item back and get a 36B sent and they came back saying they couldn’t help and would take my comments into account. STAY AWAY AS IF YOU AREN’T HAPPY WITH YOUR PRODUCT YOU WILL NOT GET HELP FROM THEM AND YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH A PRODUCT YOU CANT USE. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY WITH A FIRM MAKING A QUICK BUCK!

Ordered 34B, they sent 38B, 2 bras, $41. I wrote them, they asked for pix of package, state warehouse says that’s what I ordered. Offered me $3 back or I have to pay shipping to China. Total scam

Please do not deal with this company. They sent me the wrong item but refused to refund or exchange. This is not what their write up says. BUYER BEWARE!

I placed my order on January 23, 2024. It is now February 16 and no order has shipped. They never provided tracking information and continue to blame the delay on the shipper. After several emails inquiries they even declared they were on vacation. The total for the order was $40.94 with shipping included. They charged my PayPal account just over $51.00. I have started a claim with PayPal. This is a TOTAL SCAM. They steal your money and do not fulfill your order or provide tracking information. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. They sent me the wrong sized item. I reached out to get this fixed only for them to insist that they sent me the correct item. I sent them pictures proving their error and was basically offered $3 refund on my $50 item. When I pushed, they offered a $5 refund. When I continued to push they claim that was the best they could do because they had not sent me the wrong item, even though there is photographic evidence to the contrary. I wish I had done a little research on this company before I ordered. Rest assured, I won’t make that mistake again, but I hope someone learns from my experience. They also charged me more than my original receipt said. I was under the impression that I would be charged $43 and was instead charged $53.

Ordered 2 bras. They sent the wrong size. I even sent pictures with the wrong size and they refuse to send my money back. They suggested that I give them to family or a friend. Then they just stopped communicating al together. RIP OFF. VERY VERY BAD BUSINESS TO DEAL WITH. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, OR YOUR TIME.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, I CAME ACROSS THEIR ADD ON FB, I BOUGHT LIGHTS FROM THEM, $60 WAY OVERPRICED, THEY CHARGED ME $20 SOMETHING FOR SHIPPING, THE DELIVERY GUY COULDN'T FIND THE ADDRESS, THE LIGHTS WERE RETURNED AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK THEY ARE A MAJOR RIP OFF DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
