I ordered several sink drains from this company and they never delivered so I contacted them to let them know and to get a credit and get them to file a claim with the carrier and they refuse. I told them they had to do it since they’re the shipper and they still refused and won’t give me a credit or file a claim. I’ll never use this site ever again

Horrible customer service. They offered me $3 refund for a $25 purchase when I wanted to return. STAY AWAY from this China scam company.

Took forever for my package to be delivered only for it to arrive at the wrong address. I contacted customer service for a refund and was basically told it was my problem and to find the package. They were no help at all. I am now out of my money and my package. Great customer service! Thumbs down.

Negative 5 star! I ordered something the total came $26 but I had a $33 charge and a $13 charge. I'm trying to stop payment but the $33 charge already went through. I tried to cancel the order when I realized it was headed to my old address we moved from a couple months ago and that was impossible! This site is not safe!

Shortly after the purchase my card information was compromised. I ordered bras on 2/1 and have yet to receive them (today is 3/14). Also after tracking my purchase, my computer protection service alerted me that an attacker was trying to access my information! DO NOT BUY OR EVEN VISIT THAT WEBSITE!!!

Ordered 36C which is my original correct size here in the Uk. Took ages to come and then when they finally came the cup size was way too big. I emailed asking to return the item and order a lower cup size and they came back saying that it was the right size ordered and they weren’t taking responsibility. (It is a complicated email process also) I wrote to them again explaining I wanted to return the item and they then replied that it would be too expensive to return the item and they offered me a $3 refund and I could give them to a friend. I replied telling them that I would prefer to send the item back and get a 36B sent and they came back saying they couldn’t help and would take my comments into account. STAY AWAY AS IF YOU AREN’T HAPPY WITH YOUR PRODUCT YOU WILL NOT GET HELP FROM THEM AND YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH A PRODUCT YOU CANT USE. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY WITH A FIRM MAKING A QUICK BUCK!

Ordered 34B, they sent 38B, 2 bras, $41. I wrote them, they asked for pix of package, state warehouse says that’s what I ordered. Offered me $3 back or I have to pay shipping to China. Total scam
