I went to a location last week between beaver dam Wisconsin and Horicon Wisconsin (it was a BP) and the diesel pumps were under construction yet it said they had discounted fuel. I was almost out of fuel. Not good!

Name not I.
at the begging you guys were for owner operators with couple truck now you’re the same as any other diesel card And please stop putting fee on credit card and I’ll use the app every time

Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Our business model has never called for making money off of drivers by charging fees, and it still doesn’t. The small 1.9% credit card processing fee helps cover the cost of supporting credit cards as a payment method in the app. Mudflap's credit card fee is low because we continue to subsidize a significant portion of the processing cost for credit cards. You can avoid this credit card fee by paying with a debit card or linked bank account. Call us if you’d like help setting this up at 1-888-885-3835 or reach out to us at [email protected].

Mudflap tried to withdraw $1800 from my account. Two $450 charges went through and I had to cancel my card and file a claim with the bank. Today it took $400 out of another account. We have never used $450 or $400 of fuel. Do not use this app!!!

Hi Christina, We're sorry to hear about your frustration and we'd love to help resolve this issue for you. The charges you’re seeing are temporary holds placed when you pay with a credit or debit card. Any unused amount is released immediately after you fuel or cancel your code. To avoid holds in the future, you can switch your payment method to a bank account. We'd be happy to talk through your options with you! To resolve this, please reach out to us at 1-888-885-3835 or [email protected]. We're here to help!

I'm mudflap user , just did my math , for the entire year of 2024 my average savings with mudflap app is bearly - 0.13cents per gallon, mudflap is advertising -average savings of 0.59 cents per gallon, so ther real life savings r NOT EVEN CLOSE WHAT MUDFLAP IS ADVERTISING, and like i said thats my average after entire 2024

Hi Arkadiusz, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We know it’s frustrating to see a difference in the discount you expected. Because we don’t artificially inflate our prices like some of the other guys, our discounts may not look as large but our pricing is always competitive (and usually better)! Our discounts vary by region and based on retail and the cost each of our truck stop partners set. While there are some variables we can’t control, we strive to provide the best prices we can. We hope you’ll give us another chance at your next fill-up!

They will gladly take your first inital deposit, but if you had bank change and your old account is closed and need your initial downpayment, say goodbye.

Got approved for $6400 credit line weekly. And the dashboard showed $6400. For some reason I couldn't use more than $2500. After multiple emails back and forth their support had no idea how to fix it, so they just lowered that to $2500. Their dashboard is freezing every single 2 minutes. Mudflap is not reliable fuel card option.
