Hi David, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We do occasionally run promotions for our drivers. Our goal is to provide consistently great fuel discounts, and while some promotions may offer extra savings, we remain committed to helping drivers save on fuel long-term. Other folks could be seeing bigger discounts with discount boosters—drivers get points for every gallon purchased on Mudflap. Those points unlock more fuel discounts so drivers taking advantage of boosters will see bigger discounts than drivers who aren’t. Anyone is welcome to use boosters. You can learn more about boosters in your Mudflap dashboard when you open the app. We hope this helps!

Hi Hector, Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. The small 1.9% processing fee helps cover the cost of supporting credit cards as a payment method in the app. Mudflap's credit card fee is low because we continue to subsidize a significant portion of the processing cost for credit cards. You can avoid the fee by paying with a debit card or linked bank account! If you need help to set that up, give us a call anytime at 1-888-885-3835.
