Mudflap representative called me. They say the issues have been resolved & sent a replacement card. Not giving 5 stars until I receive the new card. See if things are better. Apparently, calling mudflap, requesting to talk to management, or someone that can help. Is pointless. The people you do talk to when calling, can help with a current transaction. Obviously, the only way to get someone to call that can resolve an ongoing issue. Is to do bad reviews. I don't get it, call numerous times, get ignored. Write a bad review, receive a phone call. One would think they would want to avoid bad reviews. Why put off resolving an issue with a paying customer. Leaving the initial review. I am not in possession of the new card. Nor have I been to the fuel stations that consistently do not work. If things do work out for the better. Will return & update. Useless at Ranger, Stripes & any AmBest, or other little heard of. Does not work at the pump. You have to go inside. 9 times out of 10, will not work. They will get on the phone, you will wait 20 minutes. For them to resolve nothing. If it does work. Have to go pump either diesel or def first. Then go back inside, do it all again for the other. Many fuel stations no longer accept mudflap. Due to all the issues & angry truck drivers. I have called & complained numerous times. Asking to talk to a manager. They NEVER CALL BACK! Mudflap is run by total douchebags. The only places it works is TA, Petro & sometimes Allsups. Yet, sometimes does not work at the pump. Have to go in & wait at the counter. NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE! I have been using my loves fleet card more. Not as good of discounts. But it works dam near every single time. WITHOUT HAVING TO GO TO THE FUEL DESK TWO TIMES! Soon as I find a replacement for mudflap. Asta La Vista Cabrones!

Mudflap is a good app for getting fuel, especially at the locations that allow you to use the touchscreen at the pump. It’s a lot easier than credit card or fuel cards, etc. HOWEVER, it would be nice if when you hit the triangular icon on the upper right hand side of the screen, it zoomed into your location, like on the Maps apps. That way, you don’t have to grab the screen and zoom in manually. Hope to see this implemented and upgraded at some point

I like having the code at the pump....fast and easy. Mauston , WI Kwik Trip fuel island will not accept codes at the pump. I have used another app in the past because of this..... HUGE PAIN IN THE ASS! Most owner/operators like to splash fuel on and get back on the road.
