Not enough of a discount anymore. I'm not even saving enough to really use mudflap. I lucky if I even save 10.00 on a fill up
Response from Mudflap, Inc.Aug 5, 2025
Hi Lloyd, we appreciate the feedback. Mudflap is free to use, so it’s always worth checking our prices—you might find some great deals near you. We’re always adding more stops, too, so hopefully, we’ll have even better options in your area soon.

Great Savings….. Thank You, At one location I was given a price of 3.08, the actual payment was 3.55….. I was pissed off.

I liked using MUDFLAP but the issue is there are not enough local stations that accept the APP close to our home base in the Nashua, NH area. We run local loads all within a 150 mile radius from home base.

Don’t like the charge for using a credit card

Hi David, we appreciate you sharing your experience. Mudflap is free to use with a debit card or bank account, so you can avoid that 1.9% credit card processing fee by switching your payment method. Please reach out at 1-888-885-3835 or [email protected] and we'll be happy to assist!

Best part of MudFlap was before the sur-charges began. Not the same benefit and now, often not a significant savings.
Response from Mudflap, Inc.Jun 11, 2025
Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review! The only fee we have is a small 1.9% credit card processing fee which can be avoided by paying with a debit card or linked bank account. Our Customer Support team will be reaching out soon to learn more about your experience with surcharges and how we can help.

On a trip with a group & Horses in a trailer. My app works great & quickly the first 2 stops. I love not having to go in to start the pump! Next 2 Stops down the road the app suddenly quits working so no discounts & when I call the number huge hassle to verify it’s me. Taking pics of drivers licenses.. my face. It fails & doesn’t recognize me. So angry with the whole process. No one wants to wait for this. Update: they got my account running again & followed up. I appreciate that!
