Hi Charles, it sounds like you're seeing a standard hold that makes sure funds are available before you fuel. Any unused amount is released immediately after fueling or canceling your fuel code, but your bank may take a few days to process the update. Please reach out at 1-888-885-3835 or [email protected] and we can look into that charge with you.

Hi Geoffrey, thanks for the feedback. You can opt out of sharing by hitting the "next" button without filling out any information. We're working on making it more obvious that the information is not required. Rest assured, Mudflap never shares or sells your information. Please give us a call at 1-888-885-3835 if there's anything we can do to help.

Hi Lucas, thanks for sharing your feedback. Credit card payments come with higher processing costs, and the 1.9% fee helps offset a portion of those expenses. This allows us to continue offering credit cards as a payment option for drivers who prefer them. Mudflap still covers most of the processing cost to keep the fee as low as possible. If you'd rather avoid it altogether, you can switch to a debit card or bank account in the app, or call us at 1-888-885-3835 and we’ll be happy to help.

Hi Silvestre, we're not sure what you mean by this. With Mudflap you pay for your fuel through the app so you shouldn't be paying anything to the truck stop directly. Will you please get in touch with support so we can better understand the issue? Reach us anytime at 1-888-885-3835 or [email protected].
