It's been easy and saving me money at the pump. The savings were much greater when I first signed up. They have become very modest but still savings. I would like to see go mart added to your roster.

We appreciate the feedback! Mudflap prices and discounts vary depending on retail and the cost each of our stops sets. Fuel prices fluctuate daily, but we aim to deliver the best discounts available to you.

The company reached out after my first review to ask for ways to improve and they did so very professionally and timely and when and how they promised. I will say that the fuel routing option is limited, I so far only use it 33% of the time. The truck navigation feature is a separate routing feature and is set for max size limits I guess. Fine if you can afford the simplest path. I do like how easy it is to get a code. And I wish there was more options to filter my results, like by discount amount or cost. And the agent said they are taking my feedback to the engineers so we can see if it's better when someone reads this. Thanks Allie and thanks Mudflap!

Accurate fuel prices from multiple states away. Sign me up! This app made trip planning so much easier and took all the guesswork out of finding fuel solutions. My only complaint is how slow the EFT process is. It will take 2 business days for the transaction to come out of your bank account.
Response from Mudflap, Inc.Sep 4, 2025
Thanks for the review, Joe! If you'd like to avoid holds in the future, switching to a bank account as your payment method can help. Feel free to reach out at 1-888-885-3835 or [email protected] and we'll be happy to assist.

Wish you didn’t charge 1.9% on credit cards
Response from Mudflap, Inc.Aug 18, 2025
Hi Clyde, thanks for sharing your feedback. Credit card payments come with higher processing costs, and the 1.9% fee helps offset a portion of those expenses. This allows us to continue offering credit cards as a payment option for drivers who prefer them. Mudflap still covers most of the processing cost to keep the fee as low as possible. If you'd rather avoid it altogether, you can switch to a debit card or bank account in the app, or call us at 1-888-885-3835 and we’ll be happy to help.

Love it but location in Hays is would not let me have DEF and told me to use credit card Of course I got no discount
Response from Mudflap, Inc.Aug 13, 2025
Thanks for sharing your experience. Not every Mudflap stop offers DEF discounts, but you can use the filter feature in the map to search for truck stops that do! Give us a call anytime at 1-888-885-3835 and we'll be happy to help.

Prices are have been slipping the last couple months. I like using the app for the convenience and the price but lately I find myself paying pump price at the competitors more and more because the app is higher.
Response from Mudflap, Inc.Aug 5, 2025
Thanks for the review! Mudflap prices and discounts vary depending on retail and the cost each of our stops sets, but you definitely shouldn't be paying pump price while using Mudflap. Could you please get in touch with our support team to tell us more about your experience? We'd love the chance to look into this. You can reach us anytime at 1-888-885-3835 or [email protected]. We hope to hear from you soon.

It's great to be able to get discounts on your diesel prices, it sucks that a lot of the pumps I stop at doesn't have mudflap
