There are not enough deals, not enough purchase options, and not enough standard purchasing options. Too many limitations on purchasing of packs. etc etc etc. Leaves much to be desired.
Response from MTGA CodesJan 5, 2025
Thanks for your feedback. The limitations and the lack of standard options are set by Wizards of the Coast.

The item I purhcased and what I got were different, the cards arent added to the inventory even it was the right purchase. Very unsure of this and doing it again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We wanted to clarify a few points to address your concerns.
Firstly, the product you received, the Wild Wizardry deck, matches your order. In your email to us, you mentioned that you received the Wild Wizardry deck, which confirms that the correct item was delivered. It seems there may have been some confusion regarding your order, as this was not a starter deck but exactly the product you selected.
Secondly, regarding the cards not appearing in your inventory: The cards are indeed added to your account, but to see them, you may need to adjust the deck format in your MTG Arena account. Different decks may require specific settings to display correctly, and this can be resolved by changing the format filter.
We strive to ensure every customer has a smooth experience, and we'd be happy to guide you through adjusting the deck format or answering any additional questions you might have. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance.

I purchased the 30 booster pack and only one code worked not very happy!

Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry to hear about your frustration with redeeming the booster pack codes. However, we’d like to clarify that all our codes are genuine and unused. The issue you experienced likely stems from redemption limits set by Wizards of the Coast (WOTC), as outlined in the product description. Each account can redeem only a limited number of codes per set, and this information is clearly stated to help customers avoid confusion. We encourage you to review these details before making a purchase in the future.
Additionally, we noticed that you initiated an automated refund request. While we strive to make the process clear and transparent, it seems there may have been some misunderstanding about the refund amount or timing. Refund details are displayed in your profile under the “Pending Refunds” section. If the refund doesn’t align with your expectations, we recommend checking the provided information in your account for clarification. Please rest assured that the refund process is in progress as outlined.
If you have further questions or need additional assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team. We’re here to help resolve any concerns so you can enjoy your experience with us!

Bought a eighteen pack and only got twelve. The third code said invalid
Response from MTGA CodesDec 3, 2024
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We regret that you felt dissatisfied, but we believe this review is unjustified given the circumstances.
When you contacted us about the issue, we promptly refunded the code that could not be utilized. However, we would like to clarify that the error you encountered is due to Wizards of the Coast’s redemption limits: only one prerelease code per account is allowed for Innistrad: Midnight Hunt. This limitation applies universally, regardless of when or how the code was obtained—whether through our website or another source.
On November 20, you placed an order for an additional prerelease code for the same set, but unfortunately, it could not be redeemed due to this restriction. As stated, these redemption rules are determined by Wizards of the Coast, and we are unable to verify which codes have already been redeemed on your account.
While we acknowledge your suggestion about dynamically displaying available codes, implementing such functionality is beyond our current business plan's scope. Furthermore, it would not fully resolve these issues, as we cannot access account-specific redemption histories.
We appreciate your understanding and your feedback, even though it seems there may have been a misunderstanding of the redemption rules. If you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team.
Warm regards,
The MTGA Codes Team

A maioria dos códigos sempre precisam ser solicitado reembolso, e alguns dão problema na hora de recuperar o dinheiro.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate your feedback.
We’d like to clarify that we work hard to provide valid codes and ensure our product descriptions are as clear as possible. It’s very important for customers to carefully read the product details before making a purchase, particularly regarding usage limits, to avoid any issues with activation.
We understand how frustrating situations like this can be, and we’re here to help with any questions or concerns you might have. If you encountered a specific issue, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction.
We hope you’ll reconsider your review, as we strive to provide the best service possible.

No card received after using code
Ive buy a code for LOTR decks ( *2) , i put my code but i ddn't receive any card ... :/
Response from MTGA CodesMar 16, 2024
Greetings. We have been made aware of a situation regarding the distribution of deck codes, which has led to a delay in the delivery of the cards within the MTG Arena. This matter is rooted in a technical hiccup originating from WOTC's end, coinciding with the latest release of the MKM set.
As a dedicated provider of digital MTG products, we take pride in ensuring that all codes sold through our platform are valid and redeemable. It has come to our attention that, although the redemption process is successful, there might be an unexpected wait time before the cards appear in your collection.
While we understand the frustration that this may cause, it is important to clarify that the intricacies of the MTG Arena client's functionality are beyond our control.
That being said, historical data suggests that such discrepancies are typically resolved, and all intended cards do eventually get allocated to the rightful owners. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these anomalies.
Should you have any further concerns or require additional information, please do not hesitate to reach out. Our team is here to assist and ensure that your experience with our service remains positive.

Codes are already used
Codes are already used. Just tried both giving same answer of being used. What a waste trying to find a good site for codes.
Response from MTGA CodesAug 2, 2023
We apologize for the inconvenience you faced with the codes. The product description states that the LOTR prerelease codes can be redeemed once per account. Since you purchased two codes and had already redeemed one before, you could claim none of them. The codes you purchased were valid and later purchased and used by other satisfied customers. We provided a store credit refund, and you successfully redeemed all the codes from your new order. We're sorry, but all of the above details were missed in your review, and we feel it is undeserved. We value your feedback and are constantly improving our platform. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out. Thank you for being so understanding.

It could all be so simple
It makes no sense to give a code that I can't use directly in game. I thought I would receive the code give it to my friend and he be able to input the code in game. Instead he had to create an account on your site then retrieve another code that he could then put in the game. It could be so much more simple.
Response from MTGA CodesJan 9, 2023
Dear Customer,
If you had purchased MTG Arena codes directly, you would have shared them with your friend, and they would have redeemed them without hassle. But you elected to buy a gift card. The confusion may come from the fact that the Gift Card is also a code, and you tried to redeem it directly inside the game. The description states that the Gift Card works only on our site, as MTGA doesn't have Gift Cards. You have messaged us on our support email, and we replied with all the instructions on how to redeem the Gift Card.
Warmest,
The MTGA Codes Team
