Extremely Disappointing Experience – Do NOT Trust MSBLUE!
I recently purchased a ring from MSBLUE, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The quality of the ring is abysmal; it looks nothing like the advertised product. The stones are dull, the metal feels cheap, and overall, it’s a complete disappointment. What’s even more frustrating is the incoherent customer service. They presented a plan, only to backpedal on it a month later, citing expiration of a timeframe they failed to communicate clearly. The emotional distress this has caused is unacceptable. It seems they don’t care about their customers or delivering on their promises. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from MSBLUE. This company is not to be trusted with your hard-earned money or, more importantly, matters that hold sentimental value. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of MSBLUE – they are a complete letdown! 1 star out of 5 – Would give zero if possible.
