If I could give a zero star I would! I can't get the fragrance smell out of my hair after 2 days and multiple washings with my normal shampoo. Synthetic fragrances should be illigal!

Went to cancel subscription and noticed an extremely confusing UI: there was no option to Cancel, only "Skip" or "Continue". I was eventually able to work it out, but it was beyond a dark pattern: it was clearly manipulative, in an attempt to prevent customers from cancelling their product subscriptions, in order to ensure the company (Mrs. Meyers) can continue taking money from them. 2/5.

I and my wife likes their product. We decided to order from another company this time but Mrs Meyers customer service was exceptional and very nice anyway. I made a foolish mistake that costed $ them but they still were nice. I appreciate them very much.

I've been buying this brand for years. For the first time, I've been disappointed. I received no reply to a request for the status of my overdue order. Once the order finally arrived, I was upset to find that the items appear to all be unscented. I will have to purchase essential oils to add fragrance myself. Last order from this company.

I recently placed a large order with this company and did not do my research first. Lesson learned. A lot, most, of there products have some pretty nasty chemicals in them. I was always under the assumption that this company was plant based. I will use what i ordered, however, will not order from them again. Is there anything out there that is real anymore??

One out of two refill size bottles of hand soap arrived only 2/3 full. Both bottles were sealed, so this is a manufacturing defect. Anywhere to upload photos? A pain to have to return this, but after using the bottle that arrived full to refill my soap pump bottle, the two bottles now look like they have even contents. So, one of the bottles I received was missing one large soap pump bottle’s worth of soap. Feeling very ripped off and won’t chance it with Mrs Myers again, since I shop online and cannot see the product I am purchasing. I would like a refund.

This morning my third spray bottle of Mrs Meyers all purpose cleaner had its sprayer malfunction so I either have to pour it on a sponge or buy a new spray bottle. I like the product itself but this is my last time purchasing it.
