I appreciate how much attention has gone into the consultation side. We already had people booking, but our treatment plan conversions were not where they should have been. The coaching gave the team a better way to guide those conversations. They sound more confident now without feeling pushy.

I had no complaints with this company, they helped me set a solid foundation for my business and we also increase revenue. This is a great company for coaching and for business scaling and business development. I would highly recommend this company for anyone.

As you can see. Mr med spa said they refunded me two days after the zoom call. Look at dates of my reviews. They wouldn't let me see the contract until I paid 2500.00. They double pulled twice equally in 5000.00 I have so many texts from them saying oh it's an honest mistake to you'll get your one 2500.00 to fall off 3 to 7 days. To you were refunded & owe us an apology. I wanted the whole 5000.00. The contract was so different from the zoom call. So I did not sign it! They breached my trust. They clarified that all money was refunded in two days. LIES! After threatening them with the BBB & The fair trade commissioner. Almost two months of fighting to regain my money. On August 18th they returned my money! They say this was a bad experience for them. No this was a horrible experience for me dealing with thieves & con artists. I became depressed. I didn't have time to deal with these thieves. Please please do not let this happen to you. So no! They did not refund my money in two days. I wished I could put the bank statements & dates here plus all of their texts with all the different narratives they had. So ridiculous! Mr Med spa or Bob & Justin let me clarify something for you. You are not a legit business. You are thieves. I'd like an apology for everything you put me through. Also I'm glad my credit union red flagged you! Karma is real. Also i see recent 5 star reviews for August and September. Just out of the blue. These people are probably friends & family trying to keep Mr Med spa up to a 4 star. So laughable

I really value the coaching/consultant aspect of this company. For us, they’re actually there to help us grow our skill sets across the board while they also managing our ads really well.

My experience at Mr Med Spa has been fantastic. I have hired multiple agencies and never once have I gotten what they offer. They don't just run our ads, but they have a guy Robert that coaches both my team and me every week. I never realized how valuable coaching could be and how much I needed it. Especially coming from someone that has built a very successful spa. Every time Ive hired an agency I have had an account manager guiding me but they never had run a spa themselves. Mr Med Spa has people on their team that know the spa industry and pour that knowledge into their clients. They run our ads, they book appointments, they run ads for multiple services, and then the coaching. If you have hired multiple agencies and just feel like something has been missing the coaching is the missing link. I feel more in control of my business than I ever have.

We have changed agencies a few times because everything always seemed to come back to getting cheaper leads. That was never really our goal. We wanted patients who valued the practice and were willing to invest in proper treatment. The focus here has been much closer to that.
