Awful service! I will never use it again, there are many alternatives !!! they either write off money for the order, which is supposedly executed 2 times, or they take the order for a very long time and cannot cancel it.

Im very disappointed since it was my first time using mr d, i didn't recieve my order although on the app it said delivered. Such terrible service this was my first and last time.

I ordered food here twice, once everything was fine, the second time they mixed up our order with someone else and the food was tasteless. Also delivery is always more than stated. Just do not know whether to recommend or not..

So imagine you have a had a loooong day at work long gym session and decide ah I am going to treat us to a little take away food. We receive our delivery only to find out by the complex that the @mrdfood driver drove into our boom and said nothing!!! We have been charged R1600 to repair our complexs boom and receive no help or communication from @mrdfood @mrdfood refuses to speak to us to settle this matter which was caused by their drivers gross neglegance, she was on her phone when driving into the boom. I urge you to think twice about trusting these drivers. Not only do they take no care in driving but they will damage your property and cower away. To @mrdfood you know exactly who I am. I am the person who have been trying to respectfully deal with you for the last 3 weeks.

Never using Delivery.com. Not wanting to go out but wanting restaurant food, I used Mr. Delivery/Delivery.com for a food order. My order arrived on time, but both meals were missing. Contacting them via their app I was in convo with 2 individuals and eventually requested to be contacted by someone who could provide a FULL refund. I received a phone call from an individual who had "looked into the matter", agreed I didn't get what I paid for and offered a partial refund with an account credit. I requested a FULL refund including manditory tip. They are refusing to fully refund my bill. Keeping the delivery fee and tip or offering "store credit" is unsatisfactory because I'm not using the service again. Poor customer service is pervasive, top down. Hopefully they will see that customer service and quality control are important keys in a business. I am presently waiting for the individual on the other end of the line to "talk to local managers to see if I can have a full refund" Still wholly dissatisfied with Delivery.com

I did NOT USE Mr Delivery on May 7th (6 days ago), so I have NO IDEA what tf you're phishing me for?!!!?!??!?

Always has been late and my wife will not let me order from them anymore.

Great experience, great service, zero hassle.
