I ordered parts on 02/28/2019 and I have been waiting for an article for this order and my invoice. It's been over a year. No response to my many emails. They are not serious and they are crooks (paid part and never sent with the reason that this product is out of stock. To avoid not serious

On a large order, I had 4 identical parts also. They had 3, 1 was back order. First issue, they held the entire order. When it was over due I called and was told one item was holding up the entire order. I told them to CANCEL the back order, I'd source it elsewhere, and send the rest. My order was finally sent, all good. About 2 weeks later the back ordered item shows up. Still no big deal, figure they would just say send it back and we we will credit you. NOPE, I was told no. And the guy was a d!@k about it when I asked for his manager. Nobody ever contacted me back. It took weeks and at least 10 phone calls to get the manager. He gave me a return label and I was happy to be done. But NOPE again, they refunded me 10.00 short! I'm only here now because I'm looking for their phone number again and found this page. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. There are so many other options out there. I will never buy here again. I highly suggest you don't either if you want your order done right and god help you if you need to contact somebody for help after the sale.

I've been buying from them for years but finally enough is enough Very poor communication mono email responds,no confirmation of order sent to my email,no shipping emails confirmation, no tracking number email

Placed my order and I didn't even get a confirmation email, so I took a screenshot of the order incase my order gets lost. 5 days and all I saw is "In Progress" !!! Okay then what?? So I called and whoever answered the phone was very rude, asked about my order on Thursday and he said they're waiting on one more part which will take 2 days, I said alright. Called on Monday and the same dude answered and said exactly the same thing plus he hung up the phone on me! What a great costumer service. I was gonna let it go but I thought I about it for a minute and I said why would I do business with people that wouldn't even appreciate my business with you. So I'm paying you to parts and you want to be an a$$hole with me?? No I'm not sorry I canceled my order and went with much better company that respect the business and honest!

I had made an order for several small parts from this company. I called and spoke to Ken 2 weeks after my order to see where my parts were. Ken told me he was waiting for one of the parts that would not be there for another month but he would send the other parts which I received. When I called back a month later, Ken told me that he would look into it then put me on the phone with Rob which told me that I already received all of my parts at the same time. I explained that Ken said we were waiting for a part and he said that he would not send another part because I received all of my parts a month ago. The part wasn't that expensive but the principle of the fact that they were basically telling me that I was lying and that they wouldn't send the part that I ordered and was waiting for.. Anyways, take caution dealing with this company!!!

These guys lie and lie. Ordered parts, waited and waited so I called. was told they just got shipped! Asked for tracking number twice on different occasions , told he would email it to me. Never happened. Called there multiple times with no answer. Used paypal to dispute it and wanted a refund, they finally gave me one with a BS story that it was shipped and I wasn't home so it was returned. The address to be shipped to is a postal/fed ex/ups mailbox business! Terrible company! terrible customer service! I would pick no stars if I could.

Odered parts online in 3 separate transactions from Ken X110 on 6/24. They charged my card and Ken called to go over order and notified me that last part on last transaction was back ordered; no problem. Now a month later, several phone calls and promises later no parts....at all..none. Every time I spoke to Ken parts were on their way. Then I would call back a week later and he would tell me he didn't know why they were still there but they would go out. Sad part of all this is I would have saved money and now I see time dealing with my local dealer. These guys are expensive, they provide poor customer service and in the end simple liars. Will never do business with again!

Ordered an atv repair part, did not work when received, so i called and got a merchandise return, and was e-mailed a return shipment label. while waiting for the new part to arrive i ordered another part. after 2 weeks of not receiving either part, i called to check on the status, the guy i talked to said he has no clue on the returned part and the other part was on backorder and would probably be another week before it would be available. (and no notice of backorder) when i asked what about my returned part he said thats between you and fedex. offered no help at all. so now im out the part, the $40 dollars for the part and the shipping!!! so i refunded the backorder part. never again ordering from MR CYCLES!!!!!!
