This site is a scam. I ordered a suit jacket, which looked like decent quality on the pictures. What they sent was not the same jacket. They refuse to give full refund or accept return. Fighting for resolution via paypal.

I really love the products and was happy about ordering. There was a mix up and I ended up ordering the wrong size. I thought I had selected XL but it was still on SM when I placed the order.

Ho acquistato un cappotto qualche settimana fa. È arrivato in condizioni decenti, ma era troppo grande e molto meno pesante di quanto mi aspettassi. Fin qui nessun problema: ho deciso di renderlo e ho inviato una mail all’indirizzo indicato sul loro sito lo stesso giorno in cui l’ho ricevuto. Da allora stiamo perdendo giorni a scambiarci foto inutili e contenuti irrilevanti via mail, ma non mi hanno ancora fornito l’indirizzo per il reso. È evidente che stanno prendendo tempo per far scadere il periodo di restituzione. Un comportamento inaccettabile, e non finirà certo qui.

My experience with this company is not going very well right now. I see several outfits that I would love to order in the future but I’m not sure if I will be doing that. I ordered a blazer on 1-12-25 with express shipping and I still have not received my order, I tracked the order and it still has not been shipped out and when I Email customer support all they tell me is thank you for your patience and that when I get my product they will refund my express shipping but they refuse to give me a date when I can expect my delivery. I ordered this blazer for a special occasion and it looks as if I won’t get it in time or if I even will get it at all

I love the photos , checking out was extremely easy… I just wish upon check out I could see the special instructions because I included my inseam since that was an option during the purchase

My only criticism, such as it is, would be that the search function on the site is almost nonexistent; one star removed for that I’m afraid! That aside, the products look good and, once I receive my order and try the items on for size, I xx may well be ordering again!
