It took too long to get my order

I have ordered a Suit from this company, and they sent me something wildly different. A VERY much narrower lapel. The side adjuster the trousers were supposed to have were not there. The color pattern was not the same. The buttons were placed much higher than on the pictures in the website, making the blazer look small even if was two sizes too big. Not only that, I am demanding a refund, and they are saying, and I quote: "As a token of our sincerity and to express our regret, we would like to offer you compensation equivalent to 15% of your initial payment." Which basically means they say they get to lie to you and keep 85% of what you've paid for the product you never get.

Ordering processed was easy

This has to be one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. The product showed up looking cheap, feeling cheap, and honestly reminding me why I should’ve trusted the reviews. It was garbage from the moment I opened the package.When I asked for a refund, they suddenly developed selective memory and pretended not to understand their own policies. Instead of helping, they kept sending useless replies, acting confused, and refusing to take responsibility. Their customer service is a whole disaster: slow, rude, dismissive, and absolutely pointless.They wouldn’t provide proper return instructions, demanded pictures like that was going to magically improve the quality, and still did nothing. And let’s talk about the shipping — I PAID for express shipping (3–7 days), and the item showed up 10 days late. They promised to refund my express shipping fee, but of course, just like everything else they say, that never happened.This company is unorganized, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t care about customers or basic honesty. I regret spending even one dollar with them. Save your money, save your patience, and support a company that actually knows what customer service is, because this one absolutely does NOT.

After placing my order on September 16th, 2025, it took longer than I expected and I started reading negative reviews online, which made me feel like I had been bamboozled. To their credit, customer service responded within 24 hours when I reached out. They explained the warehouse was backed up due to massive worldwide orders, which gave me some reassurance. Still, I remained skeptical… Then on Saturday, I was alerted by my Ring camera that a delivery had arrived. When I got home, there it was — a bundle of love and joy on my doorstep: my suit had finally arrived! And let me say — it was worth the wait. I’m 6’7” and ordered a size slightly bigger just in case. The fit is almost perfect. The fabric is high-quality, soft yet crisp, and the deep blue color looks amazing against my skin. The sizing is spot-on, which is rare for someone my height. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Now that I know they’re reliable and the product quality is fantastic, I’m planning to order a few more colors and styles this week. Highly recommend — just be patient if there’s a backlog, because it’s absolutely worth it.
