I am writing this to warn every potential customer to stay as far away from this company as possible. Dealing with them has been a complete nightmare and it is clear they have no intention of following basic consumer laws. I purchased trousers for a specific event that were not as described, and despite the event now being over and the items being useless to me, they refuse to provide a legal refund. I have been stuck in an endless loop with a representative named Elena who completely ignores my messages. I have clearly stated that I do not want a replacement or a pathetic 10% discount, yet they continue to push these "offers" to avoid giving me my money back. They are blatantly violating the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and have refused to escalate my complaint to a manager despite multiple requests. This isn't just poor service; it is a calculated attempt to exhaust customers so they give up on the money they are owed. Do not be fooled by their website or their initial tone. Once they have your money, they will obstruct every attempt at a return. I am now forced to initiate a chargeback with my bank to get my funds back. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to be scammed out of your hard-earned money.

Clothing has absolutely poor quality, well overpriced and forget trying to return it back, I would avoid at all cost

I loved seeing the size guide since I was purchasing online and couldn’t try it on. The website was easy to use and the pictures looked perfect. Excited to try it on when it arrives!

Absolute rubbish quality of sport jackets and over coat all sent back nothing is as they look on their websiteThey are not branded as they all come from the same company as temu. This is shocking and disgusting behaviour by fraud people who take money and never return emails and no human contact. I advise against anyone else buying from them

Stay away from the company. They state on their website they are in the US when in fact they are out of China and this is where their shit garments come from. There is no customer service phone number that is active- only an email that gets answered days later with all BS. Fu ck this company and fu ck their shit. Stay away. You have been warned

total scam stay away ordered a suit and of course it needed alternations but $150.00 to make it wearable Wanted to return for credit and since it was last the 15 day window they said No i was not at home when it was delivered to my P.o. box and i never signed for it I understand policies but they didn’t even offer a partial credit STAY AWAY AND BUY AMERICAN!!!!

My son orders a suit for me for Christmas. Suit ordered was nothing like suit pictured. Material of purchased suit was a satin sheen, not a woven blend as described, buttons were not what was pictured. Suit was a disappointment. When asked to return within the 15 day time frame, the suggested a 15 percent discount. Very disappointed.
