I ordered a GoPro Hero 4 but when I received it and it did not work properly. After contacting GoPro and Mountains Plus Outdoors, it was determined that the camera was faulty. I needed it quickly for an upcoming trip. of course, the faulty camera was not Mountains Plus Outdoors fault, but Colby did everything he could to make sure I had it by the time I was supposed to be leaving. Great customer service! Thank you!

I recently ordered a Thule bike rack from Mountains Plus. It arrived in terrible condition (damaged during shipping) and Mountains Plus made it right for me. This item was dropped shipped by a third party so the damage was not due to anything on MP's end, but they quickly stepped in and made it right for me. I appreciate their attention to detail and the fact that they initiated contact with me, rather than me having to chase them down.
