I have ordered several times from MPGEAR due, at first, to their wide selection with great pricing, but subsequently recognizing I am able to always trust there people to ship the correct items and do so on time. Seems like a great win-win to me.

I placed my order for some snowshoes with Mountains Plus Outdoor Gear on Dec. 1, 2014, and after the worst shopping experience of my life, I finally cancelled the order today, Feb. 12, 2015. DO NOT shop with this company. I placed literally dozens of phone calls to their Customer Service (speaking with Colby and Doug on multiple occasions), and never got any service whatsoever. Excuses, unanswered emails, and false promises to call me back--this is all I ever received

Ordered an in stock item on a Monday with 7-10 day shipping. After a few days of not shipping, I was told the item would ship the following Monday (Day 7), they charged my card $1000 for the item. No reply to messages on Live Chat and didn't reply to my email when the item didn't ship. After a few messages, I was told the item was still en route from their "warehouse." Clearly their "warehouse" is the manufacturer. Just BE HONEST and tell people when items are not in stock. I would otherwise not write a review, but this was completely annoying. And this was to be a gift. THANKS! Go elsewhere.

The products and prices were great, however the thing that stood out the most was the customer service. My shipment was delayed because of a snowstorm in our area and UPS was unable to deliver on the day specified. Mountains Plus called me to let me know of the delay and the updated shipping info. I had a great all around shopping experience with them.

This has been the most easy pleasant online transaction I have ever experienced and I make a lot of online purchases. The check out process took about 20 seconds. They shipped it extremely fast. I will definitely purchase from them again.

After some difficulty getting the "My Troop" authorization recognized by the Mountains Plus web site -- mostly my fault as a new user -- I was finally able to complete this transaction. The customer service when I called was excellent, and he tried to help as much as possible. Finally, I figured out I had to actually sign up as a member, not just as a guest user!! I have been looking for a reasonable price deal on Crescent Moon snowshoe bags. Mountains Plus had a sale on these bags, and once I had the membership process completed, I purchased the two bags. The actual transaction was smooth and efficient. The bags were great, not seconds or rejects!! Overall, I would recommend this site. They do a great job and will only get better as this site grows. Thanks!!

My experience ordering from Mountain Plus was positive with ordering/shipping, I do have a beef with Thule though. The package arrived pretty beat up. Thule 58" cross bars looked used with various dings/scratches. The foot pack also looked used and had scratches with some of the rubber removed. Items appeared new in box. It's a roof rack and it's gonna get beat up but I was disappointed.

Hi Jon Thanks so much for your feedback. We will certainly provide this to Thule so that they can continue to work to improve their processes and packaging. Thule is actually pretty good at taking this kind of feedback to hear. Unfortunately, however, the TrustPilot reviews are meant to be a reflection of our services and, therefore, your feedback about the specific product actually hurts us and our customer rating. Would you be willing to consider revising your feedback rating to reflect the service that we provided to you? Again, we are certainly addressing your comments with Thule and are happy to help in any other way. Thank you again! - Team Mountains Plus
