Received my dream statue
Although this feedback is late, my experience with Mozfigure was very positive. I placed my order in January and received it in May earlier this year. The Pyramid Head figure I bought was extremely limited and completely sold out everywhere, but somehow they still had one left that I was able to get by emailing them and asking myself if, by any chance they still had one left. A small piece was missing (the apron on the Pyramid Head), but I believe this was not their fault. They did their best to assist me. However, due to the statue being very limited and difficult to obtain, I did not receive the missing piece. Despite this, I received my dream statue, and their customer service was very responsive throughout the entire process. Thank you very much! 🖤 I’m still very grateful to own the piece and happy I was even able to find it. It is my dream and grail forever.
