Sir: I appreciate the opportunity to "share my experience with your products". The problem is I have yet to receive the product. I purchased the product bundle partially because it was advertised as coming from a local warehouse (Canada). I placed my order (GL-261165412) on 26 Aug 2926. It has been a month and only the AY 210 Force Feed Back Base has been delivered. The MFY Yoke portion of the bundle is still "in transit". While I fully understand stockkeeping/ shipping issues, I feel that over a month for delivery of what is held out (and priced) to be a Premium Product with local delivery is excessive. Additionally, there has been no communication from your company keeping me informed of any issues. Regards Al Houston

27 days ticket not resolved. been trying to get moza customer service to update the post code on my order for the best part of a month. i hve had to plead with the couriers to change the post code on deliveries repeatadly. most of wich are very reluctant to do so as the sender must do it. customer service is very unresponsive. I expect better when spending that amount of cash.

I thought this was a genuine website to order from, unfortunately I am not impressed, I received one item which was cheap but the expensive item has not arrived, I haven’t been able to track it, I went on the website to do a live chat at 4.10pm and it’s 5.46pm and no reply. Not happy with the lack of customer service. Will have to get onto my bank to get my money back for the missing item. Well I have dropped the star to 1 as it’s been over 24hours waiting for a reply in the live chat. Worst customer support ever, received an email telling me to do the live chat (really you don’t say) I have been waiting on the live chat for over 24 hours. PLEASE PLEASE DON’T GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CUSTOM TIME OR MONEY.

Order has not been fully delivered, one article was set to be sent out by the end of August, mid September and no change im status. Support is also not answering.

I ordered four sim components over a month ago, and two of them are still weeks away from arriving. This has easily been one of the most frustrating online purchases I’ve ever made. At no point during the ordering process was I clearly informed that these parts were out of stock or that I should expect delays of this magnitude. My payment was taken immediately, yet more than a month later I still don’t have everything I paid for. I had events planned where I intended to have the simulator fully set up, and I’ve now missed those because the equipment still hasn’t arrived. Had I known the actual availability and expected delivery times before placing the order, I would have purchased elsewhere. At this point, if I could cancel the remaining order and get my money back, I would. Taking a customer’s money without clearly communicating that products are backordered for weeks or months is unacceptable. The communication and overall experience have been extremely disappointing.

Equipment failure after only a few months of use and no sign to uphold warranty, instead slow emailing asking me to send video after video for the past month wasting my time in hopes I forget about it I guess.

Bought the Brake Expansion Kit for 42€ and i was disappointed Moza is cheaping out on accessories and does not include any other rubber parts or springs for adjusting the Brake. It's not that expensive to produce it and provide it in the actual "Performance" Kit.

I still can't leave a review because I haven't received my order yet, even after a month. Thanks.
