The website is not reliable. Products shown as in stock may well be out of stock or in pre-order. After 15 days stuck on ‘preparing shipment’ for an item that was supposedly available and fast shipping in 3 days from the UK. I was told that it was out stock, and that I had to wait over two months and to pay international shipping fees. The products may well be good but they are not there.

Their product didn't support an established and widely used standard(d-input), and they didn't mention this anywhere on their website. This meant I had to return the product, but they made me pay return shipping, which was not cheap. Still waiting on my refund almost two weeks later.

I ordered 2 pedal springs one for me and one for my son. They decided I only need 1. Email them told them I only receive 1 all I heard was crickets. No reply paid for two got 1, I guess they know best what I need.

I bought a Moza R3 bundle to replace my Logitech G923. I use it on my Xbox series X. Unfortunately it doesn’t hold a connection, even though Moza claims it’s Xbox compatible. Support is not very helpful in my opinion. Might have to sell it.

It has been two months since I ordered my active pedals. Still no word on shipping or delivery date. I would like to see them start taking order orders after they have firmly confirmed that they are in stock.

Had some Trakracer M6 bolts snap in my Moza wheelbase. The threads were fine, but half the bolt remained stuck at the top of the threads. Moza originally offered to repair the product for $60 USD, but then gave me a shipping label that would expire in a week, said it cannot be regenerated and that they'd need my wheelbase for weeks. To top it all off, they then said suddenly they couldn't repair it, and didn't give any advise for how to fix it.

Very poor customer service, takes far to long to respond. Waited 4 months for a delivery end up just getting a refund
