Moza's products are really great, but one month from order to delivery can definitely be improved.

The products that i did receive are wonderful. But the products i still have not received and have gotten no reply from my emails about shipping or status needs serious improvement.

I just bought an R16 Ultra wheelbase from the Hong Kong site; I have to say I’m very happy with MOZA’s products, but DHL’s service is the absolute worst. On top of the $200 shipping fee, the company charged me an extra $200 for documentation fees—not including customs charges. I find this outrageous for consumers; I hope you take this into account and look into better courier options.

It was quite difficult to dial in the right force feedback and pedal feedback settings for F1 26 on PC, and your moza pit house suggestions didn't work for me. However, after two weeks of experimentation, I finally found the right configuration in both Moza Pit House and the game itself, and I'm quite satisfied overall. The only remaining issue is the loud clicking noise from the switches every time I use the paddle shifters, but i hope to find a workaround for this issue too.

Overall the feeling with the grip and materials are very good as well as the precision of the wheel, BUT the brake pedal is too hard consequently very difficult to dose; moreover both pedals are too vertical (my pedals are on the floor) consequently feet are in un-natural position and I can't use it for more then one hour. The rev counter on the wheel worked only the first time I used it, from the second usage it just blinks. The engine (wheelbase) makes continuos and annoying hissing sound and overheats a lot in few minutes.

Delivery of the product took quite a while, compare with Amazon is something you guys need to figure it out how to improve.
