Never order moza
Never order moza. Save yourself. Was told 5 days until my order will be shipped. 6 Days later I get told it'll be another 7 days. Waste of time and joke of a company.

Amazing quality product, customer services are non existent! Moza is a Chinese company. They do not reply back to issues. Over 10 days and still no reply. I ordered 4 items, all items come shipped seperately for some reason despite making one order. The last item was delivered to a different address. After chasing Royal Mail they confirmed it was delivered to the wrong address and said to contact Moza, still no answer.

After you place an order, it will be processed for 1+ months. No matter if you email them or create a support ticket, they will not respond. I am still waiting for an to move out of processing, I ordered is several weeks ago. I have emailed and created support tickets, but there has been no response. They lack a phone number, so you won't be able to call. There are a few Reddit topics about this company. Save yourself the frustration and buy from someone who at least responds.

Horrendous support process. I bought an R5 bundle. After about 6 total hours of use, the unit would not respond (lights off) despite the power box lighting up. After about a week of back and forth in email, they decided to send me a "main board". So, after spending over $500 for the set and it not working about 20 days later, I'm stuck doing my own repair. This part was sent from China. It's been over a week and the part was just picked up by the carrier on that side. So it will likely be another 2-3 weeks. Never again. I will buy a more reliable set and this one will become my junk backup one...because that's all it's good for.

DO NOT BUY. When something breaks it's you fault, even a £450 steering wheel. Seemingly I dented it by pressing it. Therefore not fit for purpose

Why buy Moza when VRS and Simagic exist? moza wants so lock you in their crappy ecosystem without any alternatives (And they proudly think that's the way forward). At least Simagic opens their products to Simhub as well. Don't fall for the hype videos from paid shills online. They also run their discord server aka echo chamber like totalitarians. Valid complaints gets censored and attacked by the sheep over there. They're all Moza lapdogs, that own an R5 bundle and think they know what quality sim racing gear is. If you value longevity, quality and customer support, stay far away from Moza.

Shifter. Hardwaretechnisch nicht vergleichbar, aber immerhin sauber verarbeitet.
