I ordered the r3 bundle in December and the base arrived defective, since then the support has sent me a cable instead of sending me a new base and now they haven't responded to me for 4 weeks. is shameful for not wanting to at least reimburse me for an item costing 400 euros

Everyone's right on this website - their product is quite good, but DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Their logistics and customer service is non existent. You'll get emails in Chinese, promises of delivery which dont get fulfilled, and no answers to any communication whatsoever. AVOID

Shitty buying experience. Stay away! They are lacking basic security and logistisc standards. Considering reporting them to authorities

Moza had a data breach recently when it came to their online payment system and a bunch of people’s card info were compromised and used (including mine). The Moza team claimed that nothing happened on their end despite a bunch of people on the subreddit saying that they never had any fraudulent charges until shortly after they used their card to purchase Moza gear at their site during the Black Friday sale. Their products are quality, but that didn’t sit well with me. Check the Moza subreddit for hundreds of more stories like this one.

deplorable customer service, ordered on December 6th, collected the same day and 1 month later on January 7th, order still not delivered for shipment, a disgrace, this brand forgot Mozaracing, take Fanatec instead, a much more serious company than these crooks from MozaRacing, run away

Absolutely non-responsive company. Terrible to deal with and stay away from them.

Ordered to be dispatched in 7 to10 days and after 19 days they tell me it will be dispatched in 10 to 14 days... Order cancelled and there customer service is non existent.
