I am extremely disappointed with Moza
I am extremely disappointed with Moza. The shipping costs to the UK are excessively high, customs fees are unexpectedly burdensome, and the delivery times are far too long. Overall, the shipping and handling process is very frustrating.
On top of that, I canceled an order that was neither processed nor paid, yet I lost all my points. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for customers. I expected much better service, but my experience has been frustrating from start to finish.
I cannot recommend Moza based on this experience.

Cheap(ish) for a reason…
Given that a major YouTuber is one of their ambassadors, you’d think their equipment would be up to scratch… but then again entry level can be hit and miss in my previous experiences.
Purchased an R3 bundle with SR-P Lite pedals in April 2025, and up until last week (10/09/25) reliability has been OK. During a race my brake pedal got stuck on without me pressing it, so I thought it’s just a glitch or a dirty contact… The screw holding the pedal to the base had become loose so subsequently tightened it, but it was still registering near-maximum input without me pressing the pedal.
So I reset and re-calibrated multiple times, and having bought directly from MOZA I contacted them. I knew it was a Chinese company before buying, but thought they’d have a UK help centre… Nope, based in Beijing so time differences played a factor in their response times. They did reply quickly but would not accept that it was a hardware fault.
What’s making me write this review is the fact they asked to remotely access my PC from China via software that has historically been unsecure! I BEG YOUR PARDON?! ANYONE WITH A BRAIN KNOWS TO NEVER LET ANYONE ACCESS YOUR PC REMOTELY, EVEN IF THEY ARE SUPPOSEDLY A TRUSTED COMPANY!!
I doubt they’ll refund me and I probably can fix the pedal myself, but when in warranty that’s not the point! Safe to say if this does get fixed it will be sold to someone willing to take more of a gamble than me.

Be Careful! May not get your items or your money back..!
I have online shopped my entire adult life. With good and bad experiences.
However, I have never felt the need to write a review.
I would give Moza racing - 0 stars if it was an option.
I ordered wheel, base, pedals over 2 months ago now. Costing around $3,800 AUD.
My items said in stock on website, however they still haven’t been shipped. I have raised 3 tickets and multiple emails with Moza’s reply pushing me in circles.
Moza will not explain why, where my item is, how long it will take before it is shipped etc.
They have offered me a $40 credit for the delay, which is insulting to say the least.
I have asked for a refund 2 times now and they have said both times give us 5 more business days. Which I have done each time as I really want the items I ordered.
However both occasions they have not shipped my items, nor explained why or when they would or if I can even get my money refunded.
It is a very frustrating system with no number to call or chat bot to talk to etc..
I have just been waiting for them to get back to me. When they do they just brush you off and dodge the questions you have asked. Unfortunately caught them lying too.
I have never written a review ever in my life but I felt compelled to warn everyone before buying Moza Products.
I was told they were the best products for my budget and have a very poor experience.
I am not sure if I’ll receive my item, or get my Money back.
This msg is a last ditch effort for customer service to get in contact with me about my items, where they are and how long it will take to receive them. Give me a date!
Not looking for there standard answer of “thanks for your patience”..
I hope no one else has to go through with this again.
Kindest regards,
Mitch.

Good product let down buy sofware and…
Moza R5 Bundle
Good product let down buy sofware and support.
Moza pithouse is useless.
Wheel is not supported in a lot of games.
I am new to sim racing , the product should just work out of the box, i should not have to spend hours looking on the internet trying to get my product to work .( MOZA R5 )
They have a youtube channel with no support for setting up the wheel in game.

Useless discord support
Asked for help in the discord and got zero help from the mods. I tried to recommend another user to not try the beta of the software because some other people in the discord and I have had issues with it and got banned.

Never Buying Moza Again
This is my first entry into sim racing and I purchased my setup with Moza: R12 V2 base, RS V2 wheel, CRP2 pedals w/ performance kit. Overall the products work well and as advertised. Looking from the outside, and not really having a lot of sim racing experience, it seemed that Moza products were being promoted as a high-quality, high-performance, competitively priced product. This is all mostly true, I feel, but despite this, I will never buy another Moza product again and will actively upgrade away from the ecosystem.
There were a few red flags:
1) Pit House software installing in Chinese (must have clicked through the install quick and ended up with Chinese?).
2) Overall app instability (I had to repair the install when the software window wouldn't reappear--fix was found online after others reported issues).
3) Overall app amateurish look and feel (constant dpi scaling issues on launch with 4K resolution).
4) Issue with the R12 base not providing feedback and figuring out I needed to power cycle it--wasn't reporting any issues in the app or in Windows.
5) Stitching in the RS V2 is a really large fabric texture stich with thin hard thread which feels abrash and rough against bare hands. I'm comparing this to a leather car wheel with a tight stitch pattern and supple thread that feels soft and smooth.
These items alone would be acceptable and livable, although the stitching issue on the wheel is still annoying at times. However, the reason I will never be a Moza customer again and will actively steer my friends away from it is the lack of QC, manufacturing standards, and hostile customer service.
My gripe is with the yellow center mark at the top of the center axis of the wheel. It's off-center a few degrees and visually a poor reference for center. I have owned the setup for a couple weeks to get my bearings and I was more excited to get into sim racing than anything. However, because it's a new product and it's literally a case of lazy alignment of the leather cover, I contacted support to get it replaced. It took almost 5 days to get a response back--granted two of those days were the weekend. Fast forward a few days and after having to open a separate ticket in an entirely different ticketing portal, I get the response that I have to send the new couple weeks old wheel in for repair. I get a UPS ground label to ship it back to California (I'm in the Northeast) and they will only ship a replacement after receiving and reviewing it in the service center (again this is a brand new product with a QC problem). I asked if they could accommodate me with an advanced RMA so I wouldn't be without a $400 steering wheel with my brand new setup entirely with their products, but no they have to follow the defined service protocol.
Needless to say, I have bought a different wheel from a different brand and will forget about Moza. I noticed on other customer pictures on their RS V2 wheels equally and different misaligned center marks, so it's just a pattern of poor standards and I'm probably not going to get much better anyway.
Yes, the product is priced competitively, but it's still not cheap. I realize now that I would have been better off spending more and getting an actual well-designed and high standards premium product, and not a knock-off.
