Pre-ordered in April. Received water bottle and lotions, they were ok. No communication on updated delivery date. Called, was told about delays, said would be possibly August. August came and went, called again. Said top was available and would be shipped out. Received in October and was told rest of order should arrive first part of November. Take a guess, November came and went, no scrubs. Called several days in a row, call went straight to voice-mail. No response. Sent an email, no acknowledgement. Today, remainder of my order was received. Glad to have FINALLY received my order. Scrubs are very nice, but with the crazy long wait, and lack of response from customer service, not sure I would place an order with them. Merry Christmas!

Did not receive fill order or response to inquiry

Not worth the money. Only thing in there useable was a reusable plastic cup with straw and coffee kcups. Didn't use any "coupons" that make you subscribe or purchase things. Not worth the shipping paid for it.

I ordered a scrub top and scrub pants in December 2021. Still awaiting to see the scrub top. First told it would arrive in April 2022, then later emailed that scrub top would arrive in August 2022. Naturally I disappointed that I didn’t receive both items together.

Ordered the 2021 “nurses month swag bag,” free + $12.14 USD shipping. The water bottle (and stickers to put on it) was the only good thing about it to be honest. The scrub cap didn’t fit unless one had no hair. And the rest was coupons to go get the other items elsewhere. The gift card to the moxie store didn’t work (plugged the code in and it was “expired” even though the card itself had a date months from then), and the card to the coffee pods was already expired upon arrival. I wasn’t asked to give this review until nearly a year later so I guess we’ll see what the 2022 bag includes. (Side note— the water bottle it came with is in their online store for $40. So I understand that I recouped my cost and then some, but there is nothing about the water bottle that’s worth $40. It’s a basic standard one that somebody can get on Amazon for $10, if that, just has the moxie logo slapped on it)

Never dreamed I’d order scrubs the end of March and when they hadn’t arrived, contacted customer service and told it’d be July! I should have been notified by Moxie that they were back ordered and wouldn’t be restocked until July. Never had a delay before. Makes me sad.

Unfortunately I have not received the product and cannot give a true review. The order was placed over a month ago. Customer service did respond quickly with an answer as to an expected ETA. It is too bad a review is requested prior to product delivery.
