Wanted them to notarized 12 papers and hold on to them for 200.00 and they refused when the notary came here
The lady at the desk said they would notarized them but when the notary got here she refused to do it .Very unproffesional

Notary could not provide the service requested, even though I verified on the phone the they could. Requested a refund 5 business days ago, still have not received it.

I cancelled the services and you charged me. I called and asked for the refund and you never reply and the charge went to my account. You were very dishonest.

They cancelled our appointment two…
They cancelled our appointment two times. Then when he came, I paid for a witness, and he didn't even know he was supposed to have one. I had to call some friends to hurry over to sign the paperwork. The notary person was great. Very understanding and concerned. Your company is the one who messed up!

The notary never showed up
The notary never showed up. He canceled and instead of pass ing that information on to me, they rescheduled it. We waited an hour and still no notary. It has been a week plus and I yet to receive my refund of $90. SAVE TIME AND STRESS AND DRIVE TO YOUR LOCAL NOTARY.
