Jennifer was very kind and very very professional! We would definitely use your service again! The response time was incredible. We had to change the appointment time the morning of and out worked out beautifully.

Good customer service experience

The Service I received was excellent. I was a little nervous as I had never used online notary services like this before. Ike took the time with me to tell me about his story in starting the business and gave me the confidence to trust this company. He was patient, kind and very knowledgeable in answering all my questions. Everyone that I spoke to was kind and efficient in helping me schedule and carry out the appointment to do my online notarization. I highly recommend their services and will definitely use their services in the future.

Quailite was on time, was prepared and delivered. She had served and had surveillance of it. I highly recommend the Opal Group and of course if you get Qualite , consider the job done!
